Die erfindungsgemässen harnstoffsubstituierten Organos
iliciunivorbiiidungen besitzen üeste dar allgemeinen Formel

ist, dessen Aminostickstoffatom (β) an die Gruppe

Die erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen können durch Umsetzen
von Silanen oder Siloxanen der allgemeinen Formel

Bedeutung haben und dass an B/i- mal gebundene Wasserstoffatom
an ein Stickstoffatom des Amino- oder Polyaminoalkylenrestes R gebunden ist, mit einem Organocarbaniat oder durch Umsetzen einer
Isocyanatosiliciumverbindung der-allgemeinen Formel

Als Organooarbamat, das mxv Herstellung von Verbindungen
der Formel I mit den Silanen oder Siloxanen der Formel III umgesetzt
wird, werden Alkyl-, Cycloalkyl- oder Arylcarbamate wie Methylcarbamat, Äthylcarbamat, n-Propylcarbamat, n-Butyloarbamat,
Oyclohexylcarbamat, Phenylcarbamat, ^Methylphenylcarbamat, 4-Dodecylphenylcarbamat,
Biphenylcarbamat sowie Aliylen-, Öycloalkylen-

Verdünnungsmitteln für das Silan und/oder das Carbamat durchgeführt
werden. Gegebenenfalls brauchbare Lösungsmittel und nicht lösende Verdünnungsmittel sind Wasser, Kohlenwasserstoffe, iither,
Amide, Ketone und dgl., wie Testbenzine, Hexan, n-I*Tonan, Benzol,
Toluol, Xylol, Methylethylketon,. Methylisobutylketon, Diäthyläther,
Di-n-diisopropyläther, N,IJ -Dimethylformamid und dgl· Die
Reaktionstemperatur kann relativ niedrig liegen, je nach der
Reaktivität des Carbamate und der im Reaktionsgemisch vorliegenden
Aniinmenge, wobei gewöhnlich Temperaturen im Bereich von etwa
40 bis etwa 18O0C zufriedenstellend sinde Gewöhnlich ist eine
Temperatur von etwa 50 bis etwa 150 C erwünscht.
Die Reaktion kann unter Atmosphär.endruck oder Unterdruck
erfolgen. Überdrücke sind verwendbar, ergeben beim erfindungsgemässen
Verfahren jedoch keine so guten Arbeitsbedingungen wie Atnosphärendruck oder Unterdruck. Das Reaktionsprodukt kann durch
Destillation, Kristallisation, Dekantieren und dgl. mittels üblicher Vorrichtungen und Verfahrensweisen isoliert werden.
Die Umsetzung der Isocyanatosiliciumverbindungen der Formel IV mit Ammoniak kann dagegen bei sehr niedrigen Temperaturen,
z#Be -75° oder darunter, gewöhnlich bei wenigstens -5O0C durchgeführt
werden, wobei die obere Grenze gewöhnlich nicht höher als .1.500C etwa liegt. Die Reaktion kann auch mit den Ausgangsstoffen
als solchen oder im Gemisch mit Lösungs- oder nicht lösenden Verdünnungsmitteln erfolgen, wobei einer oder beide
Reaktionsteilnehmer gelöst oder in Suspension vorliegen. Gewöhnlich ist das Isocyanat der Formel IV flüssig und liegt vorzugsweise
in Lösung vor und der verwendete Ammoniak wird durch die Lösung in Form eines Gases durchgeperlt oder in flüssiger Form
verwendet. Bevorzugt ist das Verfahren der Umsetzung des Isocyanate mit flüssigem Ammoniak. Hierbei braucht kein Überdruck
angewendet zu werden, wie dies bei der Verwendung von gasförmigen Ammoniak der Fall ist.
Eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist die Verwendung der
genannten harnstoffsubstituierten Organosiliciumverbindungen
sowie weiterer harnstoffsubstituierter Organosiliciumverbindungen.

Die Amine, die erfindungsgemäss als Ausgangsmaterial verwen~-;

Es wurde gefunden, dass die erfindungsgemässen harnstoffsubstituierten
Organosiliciumverbindungen in Form wässriger1 Lösungen der Hydrolysate der harnstoffsubstituierten Silane der
Formeln II und V oder in Form der partiell kondensierten oder
vollständig kondensierten Siloxane der Formeln II und V als solche
oder in Lösung überaus wirksame Haftvermittler zwischen

anorganischen oder organischen Substraten, insbesondere Siliciumdioxyd-haltigen
Substraten, wie Glasfasern und einer grossen Anzahl warmhärtender und/oder thermoplastischer Kunststoffe sind,
wobei die Haftvermittler mit den Kunststoffen eine Reaktion eingehen.
Die erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen können zunächst auf Glas gegeben werden und anschliessend mit dem Kunststoff oder
Kunstharz behandelt werden oder sie können mit dem Kunststoff oder Kunstharz vorgemisoht und dann dem Glas zugegeben werden.
In jedem Fall wurde gefunden, dass diese Silane und Siloxane bei der Verbindung mit der Glasoberfläche eine Siloxanbeschichtung
auf dieser Oberfläche ergeben und ein festes Anhaften von Kunststoffen oder Kunstharzen ergibt, die gleichzeitig oder anschliessend auf das Glas gegeben werden. Beispiele für Kunststoffe, die
wirksam mit Glas verbunden werden können, sind die warmhärtenden
Harze, wie die Phenol-Formaldehyd-Kondensate, Melamin-Formaldehyd-Kondensate,
Polyesterharze, z.B. aua der Umsetzung von Äthylenglykol mit Maleinsäure oder Anhydriden mit oder ohne Zusatz
von monomerem Styrol und/oder Polystyrol, Alkydharze, Polyurethanharze,
Epoxydharze und dgl. Die erfindungagemässen Verbindungen
können auch als Haftvermittler zwischen thermoplastischen Kunststoffen» di· reaktiv· Gruppen wie Isocyanat-, Carboxyl-,
oder Epoxygruppen besitzen, zusammen mit einem Katalysator zur
Beschleunigung der Härtung wie den bekannten Metallkatalysatoren, ζ,,Β. Zinn-octoaten, AlkylEinnverbindungen, Verbindungen von Blei,
Kobalt, Mangan, Zink, Titanaten und dgl., Troeknungsbeschleunigem
und Katalysatoren zur Irhöhung der Reaktion des harnstoffsubstituierten
Siloxane ait den Hart auf der Glasfaaeroberfläohe verwendet werden. Zu den Harzen können weiter Peroxyd- und Hydroperoxydkatalysatoren
für die Haree eugemisoht werden, damit
Bruchstücke, die theoretisch aus den harnstoffsubstituierten
Siloxanen auf der Glasoberfläche gebildet werden, an das Harz addiert werden und umgekehrt. Kunststoffe und Kunstharze, die
dieser Art eines Reaktion· eye tens am besten zugänglioh sind, sind
die thermoplastischen Kunstharze, wie Polyäthylen, Polypropylen, Copolymere von Äthylen und propylen» Polyvinylchlorid, Polyvinylbutyral,
Polyacrylnitril, Copolymere von Styrol und Acrylnitril, .Copolymere von Styrol und Butadien-!,3, Copolymere von Acrylnitril

und Vinylchlorid und dgl. Die Erfindung ist besonders in diesem
Gebiet brauchbar zur Erhöhung der Bindefestigkeit von Polyvinylbutyralharzen
auf Glasplatten bei der Herstellung von laminierten Glasplatten, Z0JB. für Sicherheitsglas. Die harnstoff substituierten
Siloxane wirken auch als wirksame Haftvermittler auf andere anorganische
Substrate, wie Siliciumdioxyd-haltige Pigmente und Ii1UIlstoffe,
z.B* Ton, Kieselsäure, hydratisierte Kieselsäure, abgerauchte
Kieselsäure, Sand und dgl* Die Silane werden am besten zur Behandlung von Sand verwendet, der zur Pormgiesserei verwendet
wird unter Verwendung Jieiss- oder kalthärtender Harze nach der Art
von Phenol-Formaldehyd-Kondensaten, Resorcin-Formaldehyd-Konden—
säten und Melamin-Formaldehyd-Kondensaten. Diese harnstoffsubstituierten
Siloxane erhöhen die Verbindung des Harzes mit dem Sand. Die harnstoffsubstituierten Silane sind ausser ihrer Wirkung
als äusserst gute Haftvermittler bemerkenswert brauchbar zur Haftvermittlung oder Erhöhung der Verbindung von Glasfasern
mit vielen organischen Stoffen, wie Kautschuk, z.B. Äthylen-Pro
pylen-Terpolymer^ Kautschuken und Butadien-Styrol-Kautschuken.
Diese Silan-Haftvermittler sind überaus vielversprechende Kupp—
lungsmittel zur Herstellung von Gummireifen und anderen Gumrniartikeln, die mit Glasfasern verstärkt sind.
Die Erfindung wird durch folgende Beispiel näher erläutert,
wobei in den Formeln Me eine Methylgruppe bedeutet.und Et eine
Äthylgruppe.
a) Ammoniakyerfahren
In einen 1-Liter 3-Halskolben mit einem Trockeneiskondensator,
einem Thermometer, einem Magnetrührer und einem Tropftrichter,
werden etwa 100 ml flüssiges Ammoniak gegeben. Über eine Zeitspanne von 30 Min. werden 205,3 g (1,0 Mol) ^-0ON(CHo)-Si-(0
Me).j tropfenweise unter Rühren zugegeben* Damit die Reaktipiistemperatur
auf -30 bis -4O0O gehölten wird, wird γόη ausöejv

üiliciumverbindung H-NII2CIiII(CI-Lj·}-^ Si(O He)- in fast quantitativer
Ausbeute erhalten.
Das Infrarotspektrura aeigt die Struktur eines monosubstituiert
en Harnstoffs. ^1 Q Berechnet für O7II18SiO4Ii2; 37,8 C; 6,2 II; 12,6 Si; 12,6 N;41»9^
Gefunden: 38,1C; 8,1 Hj 12,7 Si; 12,2 Ii; 3^,6 yo
b) Urne st erungs verfahren
In einen 500 ml-Destillationskolben mit einem Thermometer
und einem Destillationsaufsatz nach Vigreaux werden 110,5 g (0,5 Mol) X-OT2 (CII2)5 Si(O Et)5, 44,5 g (0,5 Hol) OH5CH2OCNIi2
und 250 ml Toluol gegeben. Durch Titration des Gesamtgemischs
in Isopropylalkohol unter Verwendung von 0,In-HCl als Standardlösung
und Bromcresolgrün als Indikator wurde gefunden, dass
je ml 0,71 mg Äquivalente Aminogruppen vorlagen. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird bei 130 C unter Rückfluss erhitzt und 5 dl Destillat
in Siedebereich von 105 bis 1100C bei Atmosphärendruck über
1 Std. abgesogen. Eine erneute Titrierung des Gesamtreaktionsgemisches
zeigt an, dass 1,64 mg Äquivalente Aminogruppen je ml vorhanden sind. An diesem Punkt werden 0,5 g Dibutylzinnoxyd zugegeben
und 3 Std. weiter am Rückfluss erhitzt und während dieser Zeit 186 g eines Gemisches aus 83 fo Toluol und 15»1 1° Äthanol
am Kopf im Siedebereich von 105 bis 11O0C bei Atmosphärendruck
abgesogen. Der Rest von Toluol und Äthanol werden durch Abstreifen bei 10O0C und 1 mm Hg im Vakuum abgezogen und 138,4 g (I04
Gew.-^ der Theorie) rohes K-NH2CNH(CH2-W Si(O Et), erhalten,
wobei die Verbindung 0,03 mg Äquivalente je ml restlicher Aminogruppen enthält. Somit beträgt der Umsatz 94 Mol-fo. Das Infrarotspektrum
bestätigt die Gegenwart von monosubstituierten Harnstoffgruppen.
Neben dem erwarteten Unterschied des Spektrums aufgrund der vorhandenen Triäthoxysiliciumgruppen sind die Hauptabsorptionsbanden
identisch mit denen des Produkts von Beispiel 1 a.

Es wurden Formkörper wie folgt hergestellt:
500 g Glasperlen im Grössenbereich von 0,04 mm bis 0,42 mm werden mit 30,9 g einer 50 $-igen wässrigen Lösung eines Hethylolgruppen-reichen
Phenol-Formaldehydharzes der Α-Stufe (etwa Gew.-°/o Feststoffe, bezogen auf die Glasperlen) sowie mit 0,9 g
konzentrierter wässriger Ammoniaklösung, 7»7 g Wasser und 0,016
g eines der aufgeführten Silane (0,1 Gew.-$ .Silan, bezogen auf
das feste Harz) vermischt. Das Gemisch wird in eine Giessform

bei 2320C gehärtet und ein gehärteter Formgegenstand erhalten.

5 Std. auf 96 bis 119°C erhitzt, während welcher Zeit 751,9
Destillat im Siedebereich von 64 bis 1090C bei Atmosphärendruck
abgezogen wird, das gemäss der gaschromatographischen Analyse
24 VoI,-$ Methanol und 76 Vo1-$ Toluol enthält. Genau die Hälfte
des gesamten Reaktionsgemisches wird abgezogen und im Vakuum bei 1OO°C/1 mm Hg abgestreift und 605 g (2,28 Mol) der Verbindung

sowie 1 1 Toluol zugesetzt und erneut Methanol abgezogen, bis weitere 4 Hol Methanol gebildet und abgeführt sind· Das rohe
Reaktionsgemisch wird in Hälften aufgeteilt und gemäss Beispiel 5 aufgearbeitet. Es werden 643 g 0*83 Mol) eines thermoplastischen hellorange gefärbten, bei 25°C Raumtemperatur glasartigen
