Description

  • Boxpalette.
  • Gegenstand der Neuerung ist eine aus Rohren hergestellte Palette, die eine Auflage von entsprechend der aufzunehmenden Last dimensionierten Brettern besitzt und die mit wenigen Handgriffen in eine Boxpalette umgewandelt werden kann, indem in die an den Ecken befindlichen Öffnungen der Kufen auf zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten ebenfalls aus Rohren hergestellte Seitenwände eingesteckt werden, die wiederum untereinander durch in die Seitenwände einsteckbare Zwischenstücke aus Rohren eingesetzt werden können.
  • Die Boxpalette ist in der Zeichnung beispielsweise dargestellt, Fig. 1 zeigt die Draufsicht auf den Palettenboden, dessen Bretterauflage 2 von den diese auf allen Seiten umgebenden U-Eisen 1 zusammengehalten werden* Unter dem Boden befinden sich beiderseits aus Rohren bestehende Kufen 3, durch 2 Abstandsrohre 4 untereinander verbunden. Zur Versteifung dient der Steg 5 (Fig. 2).
  • Fig. 3 zeigt eine ähnliche Palette, die jedoch weiter durch eine in der Mitte liegende 3. Kufe 3 a verstärkt ist.
  • Fig. 4 zeigt einen Schnitt durch eine Palette nach Fig. 2, wobei der mit 7 in Fig. 2 bezeichnete Rohrunterzug zu erkennen ist, der zur Unterstützung der Bretterauflage dient.
  • Fig. 5 läßt die in die Kufenrohre bei 3 (Fig. 1) einzusteckenden gegenüberstehenden Rohrseitenwände 8 erkennen, die durch die Rohrteile 9 und 10 versteift werden und die Seitenwände zur Aufnahme des Gutes schließen. 11 sind die Einfuhrzapfen und 12 die die Seitenteile 8 verbindenden Querteile die in die Rohrteile @3 eingesteckt werden.
  • 14 bedeuten je 2 auf den Seitenteilen 8 angebrachte Führungs-und Haltebleche t die ein Abrutschen einer weiteren auf diese gestellte Boxpalette verhindert und diese somit stapelbar macht.
