- Patent-Anspruch:Verfahren zur Förderung des Entsaftens oder Entwässerns von Pflanzenstoffen, insbesondere von Rübenschnitzeln, .durch Pressen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Pflanzenstoffe vor oder während der Pressung mit Kohlensäure in Berührung bringt.
