Claims (6)
1. Elektrischer Hilfsantrieb für Straßenfahrzeuge mit Pedalantrieb
der enthält:
einen elekrischen Motorj
eine wiederholt aufladbare Batterie mit mehreren Zellen zur Versorgung des Motors mit Energie;
Schaltmittel zur Steuerung des Motors, der in einer ersten Phase als Antrieb des Fahrzeuges wirkt und hierzu Energie
aus der Batterie bezieht und in einer zweiten Phase als Generator wirkt und hierzu Energie vom Fahrzeug aufnimmt
und sie der Batterie zuführt;
erste übertragungsmittel zur Herstellung einer permanenten
kinematischen Verbindung zwischen dem Motor und der Pedalachse des Fahrzeuges, um dieses in der ersten Phase anzutreiben;
zweite Übertragungsmittel, um wahlweise eine Verbindung
zwischen einem Rad des Fahrzeuges und dem Motor herzustellen, um den Motor gemäß der zweiten Phase anzutreiben,
wobei zumindest die ersten Übertragungsmittel im wesentlichen positive Übertragungsmittel sind.
2. Antrieb, wie in Anspruch 1 beansprucht, bei dem während ein
und derselben Drehzahl des genannten Fahrzeugrades der Motor in der zweiten Phase mit wesentlich höherer Drehzahl als in
der ersten Phase läuft.
3. Antrieb, wie in Anspruch 1 beansprucht, bei dem das erste
Übertragungsmittel eine mit der Motorwelle gekoppelte Schnecke enthält, mit der ein Schneckenrad zusammenwirkt, wobei ein
Getriebezapfen mit der Schneckenwelle zusammenwirkt und mit dem Getriebezapfen ein Getrieberad zusammenwirkt, das auf dem
Außenglied einer frei drehenden Kupplung angeordnet ist, deren Innenglied mit der Pedalachse in Verbindung steht.
4. Antrieb, wie in Anspruch 1 beansprucht, bei dem zumindest ein
Glied der zweiten übertragungsmittel ein Reibrad ist, das mit dem Reifen des genannten Fahrzeugrades in Reibkontakt zu
bringen ist.
5. Antrieb, wie in Anspruch 1 beansprucht, bei dem das zweite
Übertragungsmittel ein Freilaufgetriebe in ständigem Zusammenwirken mit dem Getrieberad der ersten Übertragungsmittel enthält,
sowie einen Getriebezapfen im ständigen Zusammenwirken mit dem Freilaufgetriebe, der zum Schwenken um die Achse des
Frei laufgetriebes auf einem Rahmen angeordnet ist, wobei das
Reibrad der Welle dieses Zapfens zugeordnet und auf ihr gelagert ist und wobei Reibkontakt zwischen dem Reibrad und dem
Reifen durch Schwenken des Hebels um die Welle gegen die Speicherkraft von Federmitteln bewirkt wird.
6. Antrieb, wie in Anspruch 1 beansprucht, der ferner enthält einen Kabelzug, um die Umstellung von der ersten zur zweiten
Phase zu bewirken.
