Claims (6)
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Maleinsäureanhydrid
durch Konzentrieren und Dehydrieren einer wäßrigen Lösung von Maleinsäure, die man durch Absorption der bei der katalytischen
Oxidation von Benzol gebildeten gasförmigen Reaktionsprodukte in Wasser oder durch Absorption des bei
der Herstellung von Phthalsäureanhydrid durch katalytische Oxidation von o-Xylol oder Naphthalin anfallenden Gases
in Wasser erhält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man während des Konzentrier- und Dehydriervorgangs die
wäßrige Lösung von Maleinsäure mit Wasserstoffperoxid versetzt.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, in dem die Menge des zugesetzten
Wasserstoffperoxids innerhalb eines Bereiches von
0,5 g bis 10 g, berechnet als H2O2 pro 1 Liter der wäßrigen
Lösung von Maleinsäure f liegt.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, in dem die Menge des zugesetzten Wasserstoffperoxids innerhalb eines Bereiches von
0,5 g bis 7 g, berechnet als H3O2 pro 1 Liter der wäßrigen
Lösung von Maleinsäure, liegt.
4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, in dem die wäßrige Lösung von Maleinsäure bei einer Temperatur von 00C
bis 1000C mit Wasserstoffperoxid versetzt wird.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, in dem die wäßrige Lösung von Maleinsäure bei einer Temperatur von Raumtemperatur bis
500C mit Wasserstoffperoxid versetzt wird.
6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, in dem Wasserstoffperoxid in Form einer wäßrigen Lösung von Wasserstoffperoxid
zugesetzt wird.
