Gemäß der Erfindung wird dies dadurch erreicht, daß bei einer Reihenhausanordnung der eingangs beschriebenen Art jeder Innenhof an der von einem im Grundriß im wesentlichen rechteckigen Hauptbau abgekehrten Seite von einem eingeschossigen, als Garage od. dgl. benutzbaren Bau abgeschlossen ist und daß zwischen diesem Bau und dem Hauptbau an der dritten Seite des Innenhofes ein weiterer, eingeschossiger Bau als Lagerraum angeordnet ist. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung werden auch unter den angeführten, für die Reihenhausbauweise meist gegebenen, verhältnismäßig ungünstigen Umständen Häuser von hohem Wohnwert und großer Variabilität geschaffen, die je nach Raumbedarf ohne Nachteile in ein- oder mehrgeschossiger Bauweise gestaltet sein können und die sich auf Grund der angeführten Konzeption hervorragend für die Herstellung aus Fertigelementen eignen. Durch die bewußte Abkehr von dem Gedanken, möglichst viele Räume eines Hauses um den Innenhof desselben zu gruppieren, kann, z. B. bei Benutzung des dem Hauptbau gegenüberliegenden eingeschossigen Baues als Garage, erreicht werden, daß die typischen Garagengeräusche wie auch Gerüche von den Bewohnern des Hauses selbst wie auch von den benachbarten Häusern weitgehend ferngehalten werden. Ferner ist auch bei mehrgeschossiger Ausgestaltung des Hauptbaues, ebenso wie in üblicher Weise bei Bungalow-Bauweise, bei erfindungsgemäßer Ausgestaltung ein Einblick in die Wohnräume von angrenzenden Häusern aus nicht möglich.
