The invention relates to a tilting device for emptying containers, in particular garbage containers into a collecting container. In particular, the invention relates to a lift and tilt device such AiI, in which a vessel carrying the vessel, with an upper and a lower pair of rollers provided lift and dump truck in two spaced apart on the wall of the collecting container fixed guide rails runs.
In contrast to the lift and tilt devices, in which the lift truck is guided on a swivel arm is (for example according to Swiss Patent 286 395) and in contrast to those Huhkippvorrichtungen, where the upper part of the guide rails as a swivel arm or swivel frame is formed (Austrian patent specification 181 561), it is in the above-mentioned basic type of Lifting and tipping devices necessary that the lower rollers of the lifting and tipping vehicle to tilt their Leave the guide in or on the guide rails, ao in order to then re-enter the guide at the end of the tilting back movement (cf. German patents 655 879 "and 867 222). This type of guidance for the lift and tipper truck requires that it is as smooth as possible Transition from the lifting movement to the tilting movement and a re-entry as smoothly as possible the lower rollers into the guide rails. One has tried to do this in such a way that one on upper end of the guide rails a locking device for the upper rollers of the lift and dump truck (German Patent 655 879) or an arched deflection guide for the upper Has attached rollers of the lifting and tipping vehicle (German patent specification 867 222). Finally hai man already tried these disadvantages by appropriate speed control of the actuator to eliminate (German patent specification 1 026 685).

SammelbehälterAll of these measures may be more or less successful in lifting and tilting devices with cable actuation. However, they fundamentally fail in such lifting and tilting devices of the type explained above, in which a lifting and tilting cylinder is provided that lifts the lift and tilt carriage along the guideway and tilts it at the end of the guideway (French patent specification 953 674). In such devices, the lifting and tipping truck had to be brought into the lifting end position with a certain impact in order to cause it to initiate the tilting movement. On the other hand, because of its small angle of attack on the lifting and tipping vehicle, the lift-tipping cylinder was not in the lift-tipping device to the Enticx at the end of the swing-back movement

der Lage, den im wesentlichen senkrecht zu seiner Wirkungslinie gerichteten Rückschwenkstoß des Hubkippwagens aufzufangen.capable of the rearward pivoting thrust of the lifting and tipping vehicle, which is directed essentially perpendicular to its line of action to catch.
It is therefore the object of the invention to provide a lift and tilt device with a lift and tilt cylinder to create essentially fixed guide rails for the lift and tilt cylinder, which largely shock-free and therefore works with less noise and less wear than before. The structure and the operation of the lifting and tipping device should be as simple as possible, trouble-free and also with Be sure to pollute still.
This is achieved by the invention in that those parts of the guide rails for the lower rollers of the lift truck are provided in their upper area in one of these rollers end in the last part of the lifting movement overrun slope. That way will by the action of the lift and tilt cylinder and the lower rollers of the Lift-tipping vehicle initiated the pivoting movement of the lift-tipping vehicle before the end of the lifting process, so that the lifting movement flows smoothly and largely without jolts into the tilting movement. On the other hand hit the lower rollers of the lift truck at the end of the swing back movement this slope. This makes the amount of movement of the swing back movement under the effect of the lower Rollers and the incline of the guideway are broken down into impulse components, one of which is in the is essentially opposite to the direction of action of the lift and tilt cylinder and thereby from the lift and tilt cylinder can be intercepted. This also results in a largely smooth transition from the swiveling back movement into the lowering movement.

To buffer the stroke movement at the end of the stroke, the spacer 14 can be provided with a flexible pin covering 20. Finally, it is also useful to design the upper end 21 of the guide rails S in such a way that the upper! Swivel the auxiliary vessel 9 coaxially to the front plate 3. The front panel is then pivoted inward by the action of the lifting and tilting cylinder IO against the action of its return device, for example a spring return mechanism 22, and is pivoted back by the action of the return mechanism 22 after the lifting and tilting mechanism has been switched off.
The operation of the device according to the invention is as follows:
After the mill vessel 9 has been set up behind the lifting and tilting device, the lifting and tilting cylinder 10 is acted upon with pressure medium by known control devices. As a result, the lifting and tilting cylinder 10, which is initially arranged through the eyes 18 essentially parallel or even with a small negative angle of incidence relative to the guide tracks 5h, 5a of the guide rails 5, pushes the lifting and tilting carriage 6 upwards so that it grips and lifts the waste container 9 with its insertion hooks 7. This lifting movement is continued in a straight line upwards until the lower rollers 12 run onto the inclined guide track 5d in the middle area of the guide rails 5, so that the lifting and tipping carriage 6 with the garbage can 9 under the effect of this inclined guide way 5 t / and the lifting and tipping / yJinders JO initiates its tilting movement. This increases the contact angle of the lifting and tilting cylinder 10 on the lifting and tipping vehicle 6. The lifting movement with the tilting movement initiated in its upper part is ended by pressing the lifting and tipping vehicle 6 into its upper end position against the buffer 20, in which the upper rollers 11 are coaxial with the pivot axis 4 of the front panel 3 lie. The lower rollers 12 of the lifting and tipping vehicle 6 lie at the upper end of the inclined guide surface Sd, but preferably still on this inclined guide surface. The first link 10 /? of the telescopic cylinder JO is completely extended from the cylinder housing 10 a. Since the lifting and tilting cylinder 10 is mounted with its lower end on the guide rails 5 itself, the impact with which the lifting and tilting carriage 6 is pressed against the buffer 20 is absorbed by the guide rails 5 themselves.
In the last part of the simultaneous lifting and tilting movement, the angle of attack of the lifting and tilting cylinder JO has been increased to such an extent that the further pressure effect of the lifting and tilting cylinder 10 causes the further pivoting movement of the lifting and tilting carriage 6, up to the tilting-in end position, as shown in FIG. 3 is shown. By choosing the size of the inclined guide 5 d and by choosing the dimensioning of the lifting and tilting cylinder 10, the transition to the pure tilting movement can be provided either without a significant pressure increase inside the lifting and tilting cylinder 10 or with a predetermined pressure increase inside the cylinder.
The lifting and tilting cylinder is used to swivel back and lower the lifting and tipping vehicle 6 with the MüHgefäß 10 switched off, so that the front panel 3 with the vessel and the lift truck under the effect of the retractor 22 to the end position of the front panel with displacement of the pressure medium from the Hubkippzyiinder SO is swiveled back. The further backward pivoting movement takes place under the effect of the Weight of the lift truck 6 and the emptied garbage can 9 until the lift truck 6 with his lower rollers 12 on the inclined guide way St / meets. The size of the movement will meet at this point or the torque of the pivoting movement back through the bevel 5i / in two components disassembled, of which the essential component is parallel to the line of action of the lift and tilt cylinder 10 is, and thereby taken up by the lifting cylinder 1.0 will. The component lying perpendicular to it is held by the buffering holding element 16 intercepted. The lower rollers 12 of the lift truck 6 then run along the inclined guide surface Sc / and finally along the one with the upper one Guide track 5a aligned lower guide track 5/5 until the lift and tipping truck 6 in its lower Has returned to rest position and the MüHgefäß 3 has placed on the floor.
To protect the upper guideway Sa against soiling, it is useful to cover this guideway 5 ″ laterally in the profile of the guide rails 5, as shown in FIG. 5 is shown, so that only a narrow slot remains for the axis of the upper rollers 11.
