Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektrisches Kontaktstück, bei dem ein aus Zinn bestehender Überzug auf eine Sperrschicht zwischen dem Überzug und dem Grundmetall aufgetragen ist, nach Patentanmeldung L 42699 VIIId/21 c.
Eine noch weitergehende Beständigkeit eines solchen Kontaktstückes gegen Oxydation selbst bei höheren Temperaturen und längerer Einwirkungsdauer läßt sich erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreichen, daß die Folge: Sperrschicht—Zinn mehrfach auf das Grundmetall aufgetragen ist. Obwohl ein Zinnüberzug nicht oder nicht immer absolut porenfrei ist, wird durch die Erfindung selbst unter extrem ungünstigen Umständen ein angreifendes Medium ohne störenden Einfluß auf die Oberfläche des Kontakt-Stückes bleiben, da einer Diffusion des Sn-Überzuges in das Kupfergrundmetall eine mehrfache Sperrschichtschranke gesetzt ist.
So kann man bei einem Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ein Fünfschichtensystem aus Kupfer— ao Messingsperrschicht—Zinn—Messingsperrschicht— Zinn anwenden.
Ein diesem System entsprechendes Kontaktstück ist in der Zeichnung schematisch dargestellt. Dabei sind die Stärken der einzelnen Schichten der Deutlichkeit halber übertrieben stark gezeichnet.
Auf dem Grundmetall Cu ist galvanisch eine erste Messingsperrschicht Ms1, auf diese eine erste Zinnschicht Sn1, auf diese eine zweite Messingsperrschicht Ms2 und auf diese eine zweite Zinnschicht Sn2 aufgetragen.
Ein solches Kontaktstück kann als Druckkontaktstück, Schiebe-Gleit-Einfahr-Kontaktstück, auch als Kontaktmesser ausgebildet sein, wobei die Erfindung besonders bei ruhenden Kontaktanordnungen, d. h. solchen, die weniger häufig geschaltet werden, Bedeutung hat.

Die Erfindung ist nicht nur bei Stromleitern anwendbar, sondern auch überall dort, wo zur Verhütung von Korrosion eine Sn-Schicht zum Schutz des Grundmetalls aufgetragen ist.

Claims (1)

  1. Patentanspruch:
    Elektrisches Kontaktstück, bei dem ein aus Zinn bestehender Überzug auf eine Sperrschicht zwischen dem Überzug und dem Grundmetall aufgetragen ist nach Patentanmeldung L 42699 VIIId/21c, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folge: Zinn—Sperrschicht (Ms1, Sn1 und Ms2, Sn2) mehrfach auf das Grundmetall (Cu) aufgetragen ist.
