Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die als Röstluft verwendete Kühlluft durch die Rührarme selbst in oder auf die Röstgutschicht, vorzugsweise der untersten Etage, geblasen wird. 4. Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, bestehend aus einem Etagenofen mit Hohlwelle und hohlen Rührarmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mindestens eine Rohrleitung und eine Gasfördereinrichtung zur Rückführung der erwärmten Kühlluft als Röstluft besitzt. 5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unterste Etage des Ofens von einem Rost gebildet wird, durch welchen die ganze oder ein Teil der zur Röstung erforderlichen Luft in den Ofen eingeführt werden kann. 6. Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, bestehend aus einem Etagenofen mit Hohlwelle und hohlen Rührarmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rührarme Austrittsöffnungen für die durch sie geführte Kühlluft besitzen. . _ 7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch die Austrittsöffnungen für die Kühlluft an der Unterkante der Rührzähne befestigt sind.
