Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer aus Faserplatten bestehenden Rückwand für Möbel mit mindestens einer beschichteten Sichtseite, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte: DOLLAR A - Halbieren einer Faserplatte (2) mittels einer Mittelschnittsäge (6), DOLLAR A - Vereinzeln der halbierten Faserplatte (2.1) und (2.2) für die Kantenbearbeitungsstation (7), DOLLAR A - beidseitiges Besäumen der Seitenkanten (10.1) und (10.2), DOLLAR A - Profilieren der Seitenkanten (10.1, 10.2) zur Herstellung einer steckbaren Formschlussverbindung wenigstens zweier Faserplatten (2.1) und (2.2), DOLLAR A -Beschleunigen der Faserplatte (2.1) und (2.2) auf einer Beschleunigungsrollbahn (11), DOLLAR A - Wenden jeder zweiten halbierten Faserplatte (2.2) und Auflegen auf die erste halbierte Faserplatte (2.1) mittels eines Vakuumübersetzers.
