Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Flusszelle mit einer Schichtung aus drei Platten (3-5), in der eine Zwischenplatte (4) aus einem nachgiebigen Material zwischen Platten (3, 5) aus einem festeren Material eingespannt ist und mindestens eine der Platten wenigstens eine zur Aufnahme von Fluid vorgesehene Ausnehmung (15, 17) aufweist, die durch eine andere Platte (3, 5) der Schichtung begrenzt ist. Bei den Ausnehmungen handelt es sich insbesondere um Mikrokanäle und Reaktionskammern. Gemäß der Erfindung sind die Platten durch in Richtung parallel zur Plattenebene im Abstand zu der Ausnehmung angeordnete Mittel unter Pressung der Zwischenplatte miteinander verbunden.
