Abstract
Description
前述したフローセルの組立ての際、まず微小部材6が覆い板3のポケット10へ差込まれ、続いて中間板及び底板5が覆い板3の位置ぎめピン12上へはめられ、その際位置ぎめピン12が中間板及び底板の位置ぎめ穴13及び18へ入る。
Claims (22)
- 3つの板(3〜5)から成る積層体を持つフローセルであって、可撓性材料から成る中間板(4)が、一層剛性の材料から成る板(3,5)の間に挟まれ、板の少なくとも1つが、液体を収容するために設けられる少なくとも1つの凹所(15,17)を持ち、この凹所が積層体の他の板(3,5)により区画されているものにおいて、板(3,5)が、板面に対して平行な方向に凹所(15,17)から離れた所に設けられる手段(12,13,18)により、中間板(4)を押付けながら互いに結合されていることを特徴とする、フローセル。
- 積層体が、板の相互整列のため、凹所の側方に離れて設けられる位置ぎめ素子(12,13,18)を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフローセル。
- 位置ぎめ素子及び結合手段(12,13,18)が共通な部分を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のフローセル。
- 位置ぎめ素子又は/及び結合手段が穴(13,18)及びピン(12)を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載のフローセル。
- ピン(12)が板(3〜5)の1つ(3)と一体に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のフローセル。
- ピン直径が穴直径より小さいことを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載のフローセル。
- 結合手段又は/及び位置ぎめ素子が、板(3〜5)の互いに対向する縁に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の1つに記載のフローセル。
- 一層剛性の材料から成る板の少なくとも1つが、板に係合する結合ピン(12b)の頭部(29b)を収容する凹所(40)を有する穴を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の1つに記載のフローセル。
- 板(3〜5)の少なくとも1つ特に一層剛性の材料から成る板(3,5)の1つが、なるべく別々に予め製造される微小部材(6,58,71,89)を収容する少なくとも1つの凹所(10)を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の1つに記載のフローセル。
- 微小部材(6)がはまり合いで保持されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のフローセル。
- 凹所が中間板(4)及びフローセルの外側の方へ開いており、外側から見てアンダカットされていることを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載のフローセル。
- 凹所(10)内に設けられる微小部材(6)の横寸法が、微小部材(6)により区画される中間板(4)の凹所(17)の横寸法より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項9〜11の1つに記載のフローセル。
- 中間板が、主として凹所又は/及び結合手段に隣接する範囲(140,141)において押付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12の1つに記載のフローセル(図4e及び6e)。
- 板の1つに、板厚に対して薄くされて変形可能又はカニューレにより突き破り可能な底範囲(38,116,119)を持つ凹所(32e,111,112)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13の1つに記載のフローセル(図5f及び図10a〜c)。
- 一層剛性の材料から成る板(3,5)の少なくとも1つと一体に、接続片(7〜9)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14の1つに記載のフローセル。
- フローセルの接続片が円錐状の外面又は/及び内面(142,143)を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15の1つに記載のフローセル。
- フローセルに電気導体(126,130〜135)が統合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜16の1つに記載のフローセル。
- 導体(126,131,133)が板の1つの被覆の形に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載のフローセル。
- フローセルの外側に形成されて液体を収容するために設けられる凹所(27)が箔(26)により覆われていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜18の1つに記載のフローセル。
- 板(3〜5)のただ1つの積層体が複数のフローセル機能ユニット(2)を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜19の1つに記載のフローセル。
- 積層体の2つの板の間に、弁を形成するか又は外方へ開く凹所を覆う箔(84,109)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜20の1つに記載のフローセル(図8e及び図9d)。
- 微小部材としてポンプ(58)、弁(71)、貯蔵室(89)、フィルタ(57)、のぞき窓、熱伝導体、電極(56)又は/及び検出器部材が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項9〜21の1つに記載のフローセル。
