Claims (9)
- 少なくとも1つの毛細管(13)をマイクロフルーイディックコンポーネント(2)に緊密かつ可逆に接続するためのデバイス(1)において、
前記毛細管(13)を前記マイクロフルーイディックコンボーネント(2)に接続し得るように、該毛細管を位置決めする手段を具備する剛直部分(11)と、
前記剛直部分を前記マイクロフルーイディックコンポーネントに対して取り付けかつ位置決めする手段と、
前記剛直部分(11)と前記マイクロフルーイディックコンポーネント(2)との間に配置されかつ前記毛細管(13)が貫通する可僥性シール(16)と、を備え、
前記可僥性シール(16)及び前記剛直部分(11)が、前記取付手段によって前記マイクロフルーイディックコンポーネント(2)に押圧される際の接続を緊密になし、
前記可僥性シールが前記剛直部分(11)及び前記毛細管(13)上にモールド成形されることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 前記毛細管(13)を位置決めする前記手段が前記剛直部分(11)から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記毛細管(13)が前記剛直部分(11)上に接着剤で接合されることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記毛細管(13)が前記剛直部分内の位置に保持されることを保証するために、前記接着剤が、前記剛直部分(11)の貫通穴(12)と前記毛細管(13)との間に位置づけられることを特徴とする、請求項2または請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記剛直部分(11)は、前記接着剤を挿入可能にするチャネル(18)を内部に具備する一面を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2または請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記マイクロフルーイディックコンポーネントに対して前記剛直部分を取り付けかつ位置決めする前記手段がねじ手段(15、17)であることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ねじ手段が、前記マイクロフルーイディックコンポーネント(2)内に挿入されるねじ(15)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記コンポーネント(3、5)が支持台(4、6)によって保持される際に、前記ねじ手段が前記支持台に挿入されるねじを備え、これにより前記ねじがナット又は前記支持台のねじ付穴にねじ込まれることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記剛直部分(11)がプラスチック又は金属で作られることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
