Abstract
Beim Einzelteilverfahren sind die Messer auf einem Messerkopf kreisförmig angeordnet, so daß sie beim Fräsen eines Kegelrades alle durch eine zu erzeugende Zahnlücke laufen. Danach wird das Werkstück um eine Zahnteilung weitergedreht und der ständig rotierende Messerkopf kann die nächste Lücke fräsen. Da die Messer nicht alle ihre Soll-Form und -Position haben, entstehen unterschiedliche Strukturen auf den Zahnflanken, die bei der Teilungsmessung zu Abweichungen führen. Um dies zu vermeiden, wird ein Fräsverfahren vorgeschlagen, bei dem der Messerkopf die gleiche Winkelposition um seine Achse relativ zu der zu erzeugenden Zahnlücke erhält wie bei der vorangegangenen Lücke. Dies bewirkt, daß alle Zahnlücken insgesamt zwar nicht genauer, ihre Oberflächenstrukturen aber gleich sind und dadurch die Teilungsmessung nicht verfälscht wird.
