Claims (16)

Patentansprüche:
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Klebeband mit folgenden Verfahrensschritten:
a) Das schichtweise Verbinden wenigstens einer aus einem
Trägerstoff bestehenden Schichtbahn bei einer Temperatur zwischen
oo
200 F und 500 F mit wenigstens einer durch Erwärmung aktivierten
Klebstoffschicht; und
b) das Überziehen des dadurch erhaltenen Laminats mit einem auf Druck reagierenden Klebstoff, so daß sich ein Klebeband ergibt.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Trägerstoff aus Bahnen aus Syntheticgewebe oder Naturfaserstoff, Vlies, Folie, Papier, Schaumstoff, Glasfasern, Polyester oder Polyäthylen besteht.
3· Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, wobei die durch Wärme aktivierte Kiebstoffschicht aus einem unregelmäßigen Copolymerisat von Äthylen und Acrylsäure besteht.
4· Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, wobei die durch Wärme aktivierte Schicht auch Äthylvinylacetat enthält.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Schicht Q3% bis 33% Äthylen, 5% bis 15$ Acrylsäure und 0% bis 1% Äthy!vinylacetat enthält.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Schicht 88$ Äthylen, \0% Acrylsäure und 2% Äthylvinylacetat enthält.
7· Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Schicht 0,5 tausendstel Zoll bis 6 tausendstel Zoll dick ist.

8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Schicht 0,5 tausendstel Zoll bis 2 tausendstel Zoll dick ist.
9· Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Schicht 1 tausendstel Zoll dick ist.
10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 mit folgenden weiteren Verfahrensschritten:
c) Das Aufwickeln des so entstandenen Bandes in Form breiter Rollen (jumborollen) oder Biockrollen bestimmter Längen und Kerngrößen; und
d) das Umrolien und Schlitzen der Jumborollen oder das Abstechen von Biockrollen bestimmter Längen und Kerngrößen nach der Balogna-Methode, damit sich Kiebebandrollen ergeben.
11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 mit dem weiteren Verfahrensschritt des Aufbringens eines Trennpapiers auf den auf Druck reagierenden Klebstoff.
12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei zwei Trägerstoffbahnen schichtweise mit wenigstens zwei Bahnen aus durch Wärme aktivierten Klebstoffschichten verbunden werden, wobei eine Bahn aus einer durch Wärme aktivierten Klebstoffschicht zwischen den beiden Trägerstoffbahnen liegt, und eine Bahn aus einer durch Wärme aktivierten Kiebstoffschicht auf der Außenseite einer dafür ausgewählten Trägerstoffbahn.
13. Klebeband, hergestellt nach Anspruch 1, Anspruch 2 oder Anspruch 3·

14· Klebeband, hergestellt nach Anspruch 4, Anspruch 5 oder Anspruch<;6.
15. Klebeband, hergestellt nach Anspruch 7, Anspruch 8 oder Anspruch 9·
16. Klebeband, hergestellt nach Anspruch 10, Anspruch 11 oder Anspruch 12.
