Description
The invention relates to a cleaning agent, in particular a spray-dried, nonionic one Detergent containing soap.
In the manufacture of spray-dried cleaning agents, which use a non-ionic cleaning agent as contain active components, it often happens that the non-ionic cleaning agent is in the mixer or in the storage vessel which is used to charge the spray drying tower. These Separation causes the finished spray-dried detergent to be non-uniform. Furthermore The inhomogeneity of the paste separated into phases causes the formation of very dense masses on their way through the nozzles of the drying tower, which are only insufficient Contains quantities of non-ionic cleaning agents. This deficiency makes the necessary Particle expansion prevented, so that ultimately a product is formed which has an undesirably high specific Owns weight.
According to the invention it is possible to overcome these difficulties by adding a small amount of soap to the nonionic Bypass detergents.
The invention relates to a spray-dried cleaning agent of the following composition:

The cleaning agent according to the invention can also inert additives, such as. The cleaning agent should preferably contain approximately 0.5% of the sodium salt of carboxymethyloxyethyl cellulose contain.
Das erfindungsgemäße sprühgetrocknete Reinigungsmittel kann z. B. be prepared by mixing the components together at about 85 0 C to form an aqueous paste, the water content of the latter being kept so low that the mixture can still be conveyed with the aid of pumps. The paste is then spray-dried in a known manner, whereby a free flowing powder with a moisture content below 10%, preferably of about 4%, and a specific gravity of not more than 0.4 g / ccm, preferably of about 0.3 g / ccm , is obtained. The following example serves to illustrate the present invention. All percentages in the description and in the claims are percentages by weight.
