Abstract
Die zusätzlichen Fasern zF umschlingen nicht die Stehfäden des Kernrands SF1, sie werden auf dem gleichen Weg wie sie zum Mantelgarn MG geführt werden wieder zurückgeführt (Fig.1).A core-sheath rope, which consists of a textile core with several standing threads SF running completely in the longitudinal direction of the rope and an outer sheath M in the form of a hollow braid, a first part of the standing threads SF1 forms an outer quantity äM of standing threads, which are Core edge area are, and a second part of the standing threads SF2 an inner amount iM of standing threads that are in the core center area. According to the invention, additional fibers ZF are provided that are individually braided into the standing threads SF2 of the core center and loop around yarns of the outer sheath MG at larger intervals. The standing threads of the core edge SF1 are not connected to one another. They are also not woven into the standing threads SF 2 in the middle of the core. The additional fibers zF do not loop around the standing threads of the core edge SF1, they are fed back the same way as they were led to the sheath yarn MG (FIG. 1).
Description
The invention relates to a core-sheath rope according to the preamble of claim 1.
The so-called "core-sheath" construction for textile ropes has been known for over 50 years. The basic principle here is to braid a sheath as a hollow braid around a textile rope core. The core usually takes on the task of absorbing force or energy. The jacket can absorb part of the force, but it usually serves to fix the core and protect it from environmental influences. Some such core-sheath ropes comprise a textile core with one or more standing threads running in the longitudinal direction and the outer sheath in the form of a hollow braid. Core sheath Ropes with an additional inner sheath in the form of a hollow braid are rather rare.
There are braiding machines z. B. Fa. Herzog known, in which due to the appropriate arrangement of the braiding bobbins thread changes are provided in such a way that threads change from the outer area of the rope (e.g. an outer sheath) to the inner area (e.g. an inner sheath) and vice versa. Likewise, according to these documents, an entanglement between outer and inner threads can be provided.
With this state of the art, there is still a need for corresponding core-sheath ropes that have good usage properties for the user, that ensure a reliable, stable connection between core and sheath over a long period of time. Which do not tend to thicken during use, even after a long period of time, and which do not put undue stress on the coat.
In addition, in core-sheath ropes, the core of which consists of several threads running in the longitudinal direction, this core has a low dimensional stability. If you mentally remove the mantle, the core disintegrates into its individual longitudinal threads. Thus, a power transmission from the jacket to all the core-forming threads can only take place insufficiently, but not all the core-forming threads are used to the same extent to take over the load. In addition, due to the increasing ovality of the rope, there is a one-sided load on the rope.
The object of the invention is to specify a core-sheath rope that does not have the above-mentioned disadvantages, which in particular effectively and reliably prevents displacement between the core and sheath, especially over the entire permitted service life of the rope, and which is simple, inexpensive and machine-manufacturable .
This problem is solved by the features specified in claim 1. Advantageous developments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.
The essential idea of the invention is essentially to provide two sets of standing threads, with one set lying further on the outside and another set lying on the inside. Additional fibers are used for fixation, which the standing threads of the inner set are connected with yarns of the sheath. These additional fibers do not wrap around any standing threads of the outer quantity.
The additional fibers always wrap around only one yarn of the sheath. The distance between two wraps of an additional fiber is typically more than 2 cm, preferably 10 cm.
Advantageously, two standing threads of the inner set are looped around or braided in a spiral shape.
The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment illustrated in the drawing.

In
According to the invention, additional fibers ZF loop around groups of standing threads of the inner set and connect this group with sheath yarns. In this representation, these additional fibers ZF are shown projected onto the cut surface.
In
The diameter of the core-sheath rope can vary. A 10.5 mm thick core-sheath rope typically uses 40 sheath yarns and 19 standing threads (twines) and 4 additional fibers. The additional fibers zF are lighter by a factor of 5 than the sheath yarns MG, which are lighter by a factor of 4 than the stationary threads SF.
With an 11 mm core-sheath rope, there are 22 strands with the same number of sheath yarns and additional fibers.
This is made possible by a rope construction consisting of a core of individual core threads (standing threads), with the total amount of core threads being divided into an inner quantity and an outer quantity, and a sheath designed as a hollow braid, which surrounds the total number of core threads, with additional threads be guided alternately around individual core threads of the inner quantity and yarns of the sheath.
This type of construction leads to a connection of the core threads of the inner quantity to the fibers of the sheath, which means that a relative displacement of these two elements can be ruled out. In contrast to the one in the
The additional fibers zF are braided around the standing threads of the inner set SF1. A certain subset of the inner set iM can be braided around with standing threads or the total amount of all standing threads.
With tensile forces acting on the rope, the standing threads of the inner set iM are pulled in the direction of the sheath M. The standing threads of the outer set äM are squeezed between the sheath M and the core threads. This creates a non-positive connection between the core middle threads, the core edge threads and the sheath M.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, zF fibers are routed outwards into the sheath and sheath yarn is routed inwards.
A significant advantage offered by the invention is the low consumption of material used for the connection. The additional fibers zF are considerably lighter than the standing threads SF and even lighter than the sheath yarns MG. According to the invention, a displacement between the core and the sheath is achieved with a small amount of material, due to the light additional fibers zF. The weight of the kernmantle rope according to the invention is increased only minimally compared to a conventional kernmantle rope with the same number of mantle yarns MG or standing threads SF. All other parameters remain unchanged.
The invention can be summarized as follows. In the case of the core-sheath rope according to the invention, which consists of a textile core with several standing threads SF running completely in the longitudinal direction of the rope and an outer sheath M in the form of a hollow braid, a first part of the standing threads SF1 forms an outer quantity äM of standing threads, which lie in the edge area of the core, and a second part of the standing threads SF2 an inner quantity iM of standing threads which lie in the middle area of the core. According to the invention, additional fibers ZF are provided that are individually braided into the standing threads SF2 of the core center and loop around yarns of the outer sheath MG at larger intervals. The standing threads of the core edge SF1 are not connected to one another. They are also not woven into the standing
