Description
The invention relates to an inner lining for a roof window having a roof window assembly for connecting the roof window to an inner space bounding inner wall, wherein the inner lining is formed on the one hand for connection to a window frame of the roof window and on the other hand for connection to the inner wall. The invention further relates to a roof window assembly, with a roof window and a lining.
The roof window or the roof window having roof window assembly is provided for arrangement in and / or on a roof of a building and designed accordingly. The roof preferably has a roof construction and a roof skin, wherein the roof construction serves as a supporting structure for roof skin. The roof skin is in this respect connected via the roof construction to the building, in particular to at least one wall and / or a ceiling, in particular a floor slab, of the building. The roof skin is on the outside, so arranged on one of the outside environment and facing away from the interior side of the roof structure to the roof structure. The roof skin can in principle be configured as desired and be present for example in the form of a roof covering or a roof seal or at least have such a roof covering.
To arrange the roof window assembly to the roof a recess is formed in this. In the area of the recess, a recess in the roof structure and the roof skin is formed. The recess is sealed tightly or at least weatherproof by means of the roof window assembly. The skylight is attached to the roof construction. For this purpose, appropriate fasteners that may be part of the roof window assembly or separately from this serve. The roof window can basically be configured as desired. In particular, the roof window is designed as a horizontal roof window, which can also be referred to as a roof window. An embodiment of the roof window as a standing roof window, however, can be realized. Likewise, the roof window can be designed as a skylight, skylight window or roof exit.
The roof is on the one hand, namely the outside, limited by the roof skin. On the inside, however, the inner wall is provided, which is preferably attached to the side facing away from the roof skin of the roof structure at this. It can be provided that the roof construction has rafters, to which the roofing is fixed on the outside via a battens. On the inside, battens can likewise be attacked or fastened to the roof construction or the rafters. About this battens the inner wall is preferably attached to the roof structure or the rafters. The inner wall limits the interior of the building in the direction of the roof structure. Preferably, the inner wall is designed flat and at least partially planar.
Because the roof and in particular the roof construction in the direction of the inside and thus only partially penetrates in the direction of the interior, it is necessary to complete the recess of the roof, which is provided for the roof window, clean, to achieve a visually flawless connection of the roof window. For this purpose, the inner lining is provided, which acts on the one hand to the roof window and on the other hand on the inner wall after its assembly, so so on the inner lining of the roof window, namely the frame of the roof window, is connected to the inner wall. The inner lining is in this case preferably designed to be continuous in the circumferential direction, so that the roof window is optically perfectly connected to the inner wall over its entire circumference. It can be provided that the inner lining engages exclusively on the roof window and the inner wall. In addition, the inner lining, however, at least partially rest against the roof construction.
The inner lining has a passage opening which, viewed in section or cross-section, preferably has the same or even larger dimensions as a sash of the roof window or at least a glazing of the roof window. About the passage opening so far a passage of light through the roof window in the direction of the interior is ensured up in the interior. When the roof window is open, the passage opening can also serve for the passage of air, so that a ventilation of the interior by means of the open roof window through the passage opening of the inner lining can be done. Finally, the passage opening makes it possible to engage the skylight by a user, for example for operating the skylight, in particular for opening and / or closing the skylight.
It is an object of the invention to provide an inner lining for a roof window assembly, which has advantages over known inner liners, in particular, realized in addition to the optically perfect connection of the roof window to the inner wall a significantly improved longevity.
This is inventively achieved with a lining with the features of claim 1. It is envisaged that the lining a base body having a first emissivity, on which at least in some areas a lower second emissivity-containing layer is applied.
In this respect, the inner lining has two functionally different from one another at least intended to be separated elements, namely the base body and the layer. The main body consists of a first material, preferably completely made of the first material. The main body or the material of which it consists has at least partially, in particular completely or continuously, the first emissivity. The emissivity indicates how much radiation the body emits in comparison to an ideal heat radiator, ie a black emitter or a Planck emitter. The black body is to be understood as an element that completely absorbs electromagnetic radiation incident on it, regardless of the frequency of the radiation.
The first emissivity of the main body is higher or comparatively high compared to the layer or its second emissivity. As a result, the main body emits and absorbs more radiation at its free surfaces than in areas provided with the layer. If the lining now exclusively has the base body, ie if the layer is not applied to it, a more heat radiation is emitted and absorbed in comparison with a base body provided with the layer. As a result, the temperature of the base body not provided with the layer is at least partially lower or higher than that of the base body provided with the layer. The lower the temperature of the body, the more pronounced is the risk of condensation. Condensation is the precipitation of condensate from the air surrounding the lining. The higher the air humidity of the air and the lower the temperature of the inner lining, the greater the risk of condensate formation or the amount of accumulating condensate, in particular per constant time unit. Preferably, the layer is applied to the body in such a way that the tendency to condensation does not increase, but remains the same or even lower.
In order to reduce heat losses through the inner lining and thus to improve its energy efficiency, in particular with simultaneously reduced or constant tendency to condense, the layer having the second emissivity is applied to the main body having the first emissivity. The second emissivity is lower than the first emissivity. For example, the second emissivity based on the first emissivity is at most 75%, at most 50%, at most 25%, at most 20%, at most 15% or at most 10%. For example, the base body made of plastic. This has an emissivity of at least 0.75, at least 0.8, at least 0.85, at least 0.9 or at least 0.95. For example, the emissivity of the body is between 0.9 and 0.95, including both of these values. On the other hand, the second emissivity of the layer is preferably at most 0.35, at most 0.3, at most 0.25, at most 0.2, at most 0.15 or at most 0.1. However, significantly lower emissivities for the layer can also be realized, for example, an emissivity of at most 0.05 or less.
The layer is at least partially applied to the base body. Preferably, the layer is applied to areas of the base body, which in the installation situation of the roof window in the roof have the lowest temperature, namely when the outside temperature in the outside of the roof window, ie outside the building or the interior is lower than the internal temperature in the interior. The layer may optionally be applied on the inside, outside or both sides of the base body. Under the outside attachment is an arrangement of the layer on the side facing away from the passage opening side of the body to understand, whereas the inside arrangement describes the arrangement of the layer on the passage opening facing side of the body. In the case of the arrangement on both sides, the layer is arranged or formed both on the inside and on the outside on the basic body according to the above explanations.
By means of the layer which has a lower emissivity than the base body, the temperature of the inner lining can be increased in comparison to a lining without such a layer, in particular if the outside temperature is lower than the inside temperature. This is particularly the case with an arrangement of the layer on the outside of the main body, because it reduces the emission of thermal radiation and thus the release of heat to the outside environment. At the same time, the layer is formed in such a way that, even at low outside temperatures, the formation of condensate on the inner lining is prevented or at least reduced. Consequently, with a high insulation effect of the inner lining, mold formation on the inner lining is effectively prevented by means of the layer. In particular, the layer is arranged on the inside only where the temperatures of the main body are sufficiently high with the layer to prevent the onset of condensate.
In the context of a further embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the layer is formed by a surface treatment of the base body or by applying a coating or a foil to the base body. In the case of surface treatment, the layer consists in this respect of the same material as the main body, but their emissivity is reduced by an appropriate treatment. In that regard, the layer is made integral with the main body. For example, the layer is formed directly during the production of the main body. Alternatively, however, this can also take place in a further processing step provided after production.
Alternatively, the layer may be formed using the coating or the foil. In this case, the coating or the film is applied after the preparation of the body on this or attached to this. As part of the coating, a material which preferably directly has the second emissivity is applied to the base body. On the other hand, foliation is understood to mean the application of a film which has at least one adhesive layer of adhesive and an emissivity-reducing layer. In addition, the film may have a carrier layer; however, it may be integral with the emissivity reducing layer. The film is glued using the adhesive layer or the adhesive to the body or glued to the body.
A further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the coating is applied chemically, mechanically, thermally or thermomechanically on the base body. In principle, the coating can be applied to the base body in any desired manner. The application is particularly preferably carried out by sputtering or cathode sputtering or chemically by means of a sol-gel process. As part of the sol-gel process, a sol-gel is applied to the body and cured. As a result, the layer with the second emissivity is formed. However, such a procedure makes sufficient temperature resistance of the body necessary.
A further preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the base body has a plurality of spars, namely two vertical beams, which are connected to each other by means of two transverse beams, wherein the layer is applied to at least one of the spars. The body has so far the vertical struts and the cross bars. Each of the crossbars connects the two vertical struts with each other. In other words, the two vertical beams are connected to each other via each of the two transverse beams. The vertical beams and the transverse beams are each spaced from each other, in particular spaced apart from each other. For example, the two transverse beams are each perpendicular to both of the vertical beams. The layer having the lower second emissivity is now applied to at least one of the spars, that is, to at least one of the vertical spars and / or at least one of the transverse spars.
A development of the invention provides that the layer is present on the vertical beams or is formed continuously in the circumferential direction and is present on both vertical beams and two horizontal beams. Preferably, the layer is formed symmetrically on the base body, in particular seen in section. This means that the layer is formed, for example, on each of the vertical beams, namely in particular symmetrically. It can be provided that the horizontal beams are free of layers, so are not provided with the layer. However, the layer is particularly preferably continuous in the circumferential direction, so it is present on both vertical beams as well as on both horizontal beams. Insofar, the layer completely surrounds the passage opening. In this case, a region of the layer formed on one of the vertical bars preferably lies directly against a region of the layer formed on one of the horizontal bars. However, there may be a small distance between the two areas due to unavoidable gaps. However, because this distance is small, it is still spoken of a circumferentially continuous view.
A further embodiment of the invention provides that the layer is present on the inside and / or outside of the base body. This has already been pointed out above. Under the inside arrangement, an arrangement on the side facing the passage opening or the roof construction side facing away from the base understood, whereas the outside arrangement means the arrangement on the passage opening facing and the roof construction facing away from the lining.
A particularly preferred embodiment of the invention provides that, viewed in section, the layer completely overlaps an outer surface of the base body and / or an inner surface of the base body. In other words, this means that the layer completely overlaps a side wall, namely an outer or an inner side inner wall, and thus extends from the roof window or the frame to the inner wall. Alternatively, it can of course also be provided that the layer seen in section the outer surface and / or the inner surface only partially overlaps, for example - based on the distance between the roof window or the frame on the one hand and the inner wall on the other hand - to a maximum of 75%, not more than 50% or at most 25%.
Particularly preferably, the layer overlaps the main body seen in section only partially or completely on the outside and on the inside in each case only partially. The layer is on the outside of the roof window or the frame, whereas on the inside it starts from the inner wall and extends only partially in the direction of the roof window or the window frame. Accordingly, with the aid of the layer, again assuming that the outside temperature is lower than the inside temperature, the emission of heat radiation is reduced on the outside as compared with a layerless embodiment and the inside of the absorption of heat radiation is kept high enough to adjust the temperature of the liner in that no or only a small amount of condensate is obtained. In particular, the layer is arranged on the inside and outside of the base body in such a way that the temperature of the base body or of the inner lining almost or exactly corresponds to the temperatures of an embodiment without a layer, but has a higher insulating effect in comparison with this, that is, has a lower overall heat transfer coefficient.
Finally, within the scope of a further preferred embodiment of the invention, it can be provided that, viewed in section, there is a first part layer of the layer on the outer surface and a second part layer of the layer on the inner surface, wherein, again in section, the first part layer is flush with the second part Partial layer closes or is arranged overlapping with her. The layer is formed mutually on the outside and the inside of the body or one of the spars. Here, the layer is divided into the first sub-layer and the second sub-layer, wherein the two sub-layers are formed on opposite sides of the main body, namely the first sub-layer on the outside and the second sub-layer inside. Seen in section, the first partial layer extends at least as far as the second partial layer or overlaps it when viewed in section. Of course, this also applies vice versa. When viewed in section, each of the partial layers preferably only overlaps a part of the basic body, that is to say the outer surface or the inner surface of the basic body.
The invention further relates to a roof window assembly, comprising a roof window and a lining for connecting the roof window to an inner wall delimiting an inner space, in particular a lining according to the preceding embodiments, wherein the inner lining connected on the one hand with a window frame of the roof window and on the other hand for connection to the inner wall is. It is provided that the lining has a base body with a first emissivity, on which at least partially a lower second emissivity layer having been applied.
On the advantages of such an embodiment of the roof window assembly or the inner lining has already been discussed. Both the roof window arrangement and the inner lining can be developed further in accordance with the above explanations, so that reference is made to this extent.
A further preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the layer on its side facing away from the base body at least partially, in particular continuously, adjacent to an air space. This is the case in particular in the installation situation of the roof window arrangement on or in the roof, ie in a mounting position of the roof window arrangement. On the inside of the inner lining or of the main body, the air space is preferably formed by the passage opening. On the outside, however, such an airspace may be present. For example, the air space extends on the outside seen in section only over part of the outer surface of the inner lining or of the main body. Seen in section, the outside applied to the body layer is in overlap with an insulating body of the roof window, so that the air space is bounded on the one hand by the layer and on the other hand by the insulating body. In this way, the radiation of heat radiation from the inner lining into the air space is reduced by means of the layer having the second emissivity.
