- Die Anmeldung betrifft das technische Gebiet der temporären Verformung keratinhaltiger Fasern, insbesondere menschlicher Haare.
- Stylingmittel zur Verformung keratinhaltiger Fasern sind lange bekannt und finden in verschiedener Ausgestaltung Einsatz zum Aufbau, zur Auffrischung und zur Fixierung von Frisuren, die sich bei vielen Haartypen nur unter Verwendung festigender Wirkstoffe erhalten lassen. Dabei spielen sowohl Haarbehandlungsmittel, die einer permanenten, als auch solche, die einer temporären Formgebung der Haare dienen, eine wichtige Rolle.
- Zur temporären Formgebung keratinhaltiger Fasern eignen sich versprühbare Produkte ebenso wie Angebotsformen, welche mit Hilfe eines Kamms oder mit den Fingern in die Frisur eingearbeitet werden. Die letztgenannte Produktgruppe umfasst Öle ebenso wie Wachse, Gele, Cremes und Pulver.
- Ein aktueller Trend bei der temporären Haarverformung ist der „undone look“ oder „out of bed look“. Eine diesem Trend entsprechende Frisur erscheint gestylt, ohne dass das Stylingmittel beispielsweise in Form eines fettigen Glanzes unmittelbar in Erscheinung tritt. Dieser Kundenwunsch ist derzeit in erster Linie mittels Sprays und Pudern zu realisieren, da diese Angebotsformen in der Regel nur geringe Anteile an Wachsen und Ölen enthalten. Gleichzeitig lassen sich Pulver insbesondere jedoch Sprays nicht direkt mittels Kamm oder Fingern auf die Haare applizieren.
- Eine direkte Applikation mit den Fingern ist dem gegenüber bei wachsartigen Haarverformungsmitteln möglich. Eine solche Applikation bietet einerseits Vorteile bei der individuellen Frisurgestaltung, beruht andererseits jedoch in der Regel auf dem Zusatz hochschmelzender Fette und Wachse, welche nach Anwendung auf dem Haar einen fettigen Glanz hinterlassen.
- Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung war es daher, Haarbehandlungsmittel zur temporären Formgebung zur Verfügung zu stellen, die einen guten Frisurenhalt und hohe Remodellierbarkeit bewirken, gleichzeitig die Frisur jedoch trocken und fettfrei erscheinen lassen. Das Haarbehandlungsmittel sollte zudem mit den Händen auf das Haar applizierbar sein.
- Es wurde festgestellt, dass diese Aufgaben durch eine spezifische, verdickte Wirkstoffkombination gelöst werden kann.
- Durch die vorliegende Erfindung wird bereitgestellt:
- 1. Kosmetische Zusammensetzung, umfassend bezogen auf ihr Gesamtgewicht
- a) 1,0 bis 20 Gew.-% Wachs
- b) 0,1 bis 1,5 Gew.-% Verdicker
- c) 1,0 bis 15 Gew.-% Emulgator
- d) 1,0 bis 15 Gew.-% filmbildendes Polymer
- e) 1,0 bis 15 Gew.-% organisches Polyol
- f) 1,0 bis 90 Gew.-% Wasser
- 2. Kosmetische Zusammensetzung nach Punkt 1, wobei das Gewichtsverhältnis von Wachs zu Verdicker 30:1 bis 2:1, vorzugsweise 20:1 bis 4:1 beträgt.
- 3. Kosmetische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherigen Punkte, wobei der Gewichtsanteil des Wachses am Gesamtgewicht der Zusammensetzung 2,0 bis 15 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 3,0 bis 8,0 Gew.% beträgt.
- 4. Kosmetische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherigen Punkte, wobei das Wachs ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe Bienenwachs, Carnaubawachs, Candelillawachs sowie Paraffinwachs, vorzugsweise aus der Gruppe Bienenwachs, Carnaubawachs sowie deren Mischungen umfasst.
- 5. Kosmetische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherigen Punkte, wobei der Gewichtsanteil des Verdickers am Gesamtgewicht der Zusammensetzung 0,1 bis 1,2 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 0,9 Gew.-% beträgt.
- 6. Kosmetische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherigen Punkte, wobei der Verdicker ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe der polymeren organischen Verdicker, vorzugsweise aus der Gruppe der Acrylsäurehomo- oder -copolymere, insbesondere aus der Gruppe der Acrylsäurehomopolymere.
- 7. Kosmetische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherigen Punkte, wobei der Gewichtsanteil des Emulgators am Gesamtgewicht der Zusammensetzung 1,5 bis 12 Gew.-%, insbesondere 2,0 bis 10 Gew.-% beträgt.
- 8. Kosmetische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherigen Punkte, wobei der Emulgator ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe der polyalkoxylierten Fettalkohole.
- 9. Kosmetische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherigen Punkte, wobei der Emulgator ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe der
- i) Ethylenoxid-Anlagerungsprodukte an gesättigte oder ungesättigte lineare Fettalkohole mit jeweils 2 bis 50 Mol Ethylenoxid pro Mol Fettalkohol, insbesondere 2 bis 30 Mol Ethylenoxid pro Mol Fettalkohol
- ii) Ethylenoxid-Propylenoxid Anlagerungsprodukte an lineare Fettalkohole mit 8 bis 30, insbesondere den Anlagerungsprodukten von 2 bis 50 Mol Ethylenoxid und 1 bis 5 Mol Propylenoxid an lineare Fettalkohole mit 12 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatome.
- 10. Kosmetische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherigen Punkte, wobei der Gewichtsanteil des filmbildenden Polymers am Gesamtgewicht der Zusammensetzung 1,0 bis 12 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 2,0 bis 10 Gew.-% beträgt.
- 11. Kosmetische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherigen Punkte, wobei das filmbildende Polymer ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe der nichtionischen, filmbildenden Polymere.
- 12. Kosmetische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherigen Punkte, wobei das filmbildende Polymer ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe der Polyvinylpyrrolidone (INCI-Bezeichnung: PVP) sowie der Vinylpyrrolidon/Vinylacetat-Copolymere (INCI-Bezeichnung VP/VA Copolymer).
- 13. Kosmetische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherigen Punkte, wobei der Gewichtsanteil des Polyols am Gesamtgewicht der Zusammensetzung 1,0 bis 10 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 1,0 bis 7,0 Gew.-% beträgt.
- 14. Kosmetische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherigen Punkte, wobei das Polyol ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe Propylenglycol, Glycerin und Panthenol.
- 15. Kosmetische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherigen Punkte, wobei der Gewichtsanteil des Wassers am Gesamtgewicht der Zusammensetzung 15 bis 90 Gew.%, vorzugsweise 30 bis 90 Gew.-% beträgt.
- 16. Kosmetische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherigen Punkte, wobei die Zusammensetzung weiterhin 1,0 bis 10 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 2,0 bis 10 Gew.-% und insbesondere 4,0 bis 10 Gew.-% eines von dem Wachs verschiedenen Fettstoffs enthält.
- 17. Kosmetische Zusammensetzung nach Punkt 16, wobei die Zusammensetzung einen Fettstoff aus der Gruppe der mineralischen Öle, natürlichen Öle, synthetischen Öle oder deren Mischungen.
- 18. Kosmetische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Punkte, wobei die Zusammensetzung als Paste vorliegt.
- 19. Verwendung einer kosmetischen Zusammensetzung nach einem der Punkte 1 bis 14 zur temporären Umformung keratinischer Fasern.
- 20. Verfahren zur temporären Verformung von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren, bei dem die kosmetische Zusammensetzung nach einem der Punkte 1 bis 14 auf keratinische Fasern appliziert wird.
- Die erfindungsgemäße kosmetische Zusammensetzung liegt vorzugsweise in Form einer Paste vor.
- Ein erster wesentlicher Bestandteil erfindungsgemäßer Zusammensetzungen ist das Wachs. Bezogen auf ihr Gesamtgewicht enthalten bevorzugte kosmetische Zusammensetzungen 2,0 bis 15 Gew.-% und insbesondere 3,0 bis 8,0 Gew.-% Wachs.
- Das Wachs weiset vorzugsweise einen Schmelzpunkt im Bereich von 40°C bis 90°C, besonders bevorzugt im Bereich von 50°C bis 85°C und insbesondere im Bereich von 50°C bis 75°C auf.
- Prinzipiell können alle Wachse eingesetzt werden, die in dem genannten Temperaturbereich schmelzen und die physiologisch verträglich sind. Bevorzugte Wachse lassen sich den Gruppen der natürlichen Wachse, mineralischen Wachse und synthetischen Wachse zuordnen. Besonders bevorzugt ist der Einsatz natürlicher Wachse. Erfindungsgemäß besonders bevorzugte Einzelwachse sind Bienenwachs, Carnaubawachs, Candelillawachs sowie Paraffinwachs, vorzugsweise jedoch Bienenwachs und Carnaubawachs sowie deren Mischungen.
- Ein zweiter wesentlicher Bestandteil erfindungsgemäßer kosmetischer Zusammensetzungen ist der Verdicker. In Bezug auf die Herstellbarkeit, Applizierbarkeit und kosmetische Wirkung erfindungsgemäßer kosmetischer Zusammensetzungen hat es sich als vorteilhaft erwiesen, wenn der Gewichtsanteil des Verdickers am Gesamtgewicht der kosmetischen Zubereitung 0,1 bis 1,2 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 0,9 Gew.-% beträgt.
- Bevorzugte Verdicker sind ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der polymeren organischen Verdicker. Die polymeren organischen Verdicker können vernetzt oder unvernetzt sein.
- Eine erste Gruppe besonders bevorzugter Verdicker enthalten mindestens eine Struktureinheit ausgewählt aus mindestens einer Struktureinheit der Formel (I) oder deren Salzformen oder mindestens einer Struktureinheit -II) oder deren Salzformen,
- Gemäß obiger Formeln und allen folgenden Formeln steht eine chemische Bindung, die mit dem Symbol * gekennzeichnet ist, für eine freie Valenz des entsprechenden Strukturfragments.
- Besonders bevorzugte anionische, verdickend wirkende Polymere enthalten mindestens eine Struktureinheit der Formel (I). Bevorzugte Verdicker sind ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Acrylsäurehomo- oder -copolymere. Acrylsäurehomopolymere sind ganz besonders bevorzugt.
- Besonders bevorzugte Verdicker sind
- - Polyacrylsäuren mit der INCI-Bezeichnung Carbomer, wie sie beispielsweise von der Firma 3V Sigma unter dem Handelsnamen Synthalen® K oder von der Firma Lubrizol unter dem Handelsnamen Carbopol vertrieben werden.

- R1 steht für ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine Methylgruppe,
- R2 steht für ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine (C1 bis C6)-Alkylgruppe
- R3 steht für eine (C8 bis C30)-Alkylgruppe,
- M+ steht für ein physiologisch verträgliches Kation und
- x steht für eine ganze Zahl von 0 bis 35.
- Bevorzugt sind dabei insbesondere die Verdicker mit den INCI-Bezeichnungen Acrylates/Beheneth-25 Methacrylate Copolymer, Acrylates/Ceteth-20 Itaconate Copolymer, Acrylates/Ceteth-20 Methacrylate Copolymer, Acrylates/Laureth-25 Methacrylate Copolymer, Acrylates/Palmeth-20 Acrylate Copolymer, Acrylates/Palmeth-25 Acrylate Copolymer, Acrylates/Palmeth-25 Itaconate Copolymer und Acrylates/Steareth-50 Acrylate Copolymer.
- Besonders bevorzugte Verdicker sind
- - Verdicker mit der INCI-Bezeichnung Acrylates/Steareth-20 Methacrylate Copolymer, wie sie beispielsweise unter der Handelsnamen Aculyn® 22 von der Firma Rohm&Haas vertrieben werden;
- - Verdicker mit der INCI-Bezeichnung Acrylates/Steareth-20 Methacrylate Crosspolymer, wie sie beispielsweise unter der Handelsnamen Aculyn® 88 von der Firma Rohm&Haas vertrieben werden;
- - Verdicker mit der INCI-Bezeichnung Acrylates/Steareth-20 Itaconate Copolymer, wie sie beispielsweise unter dem Handelsnamen Structure 2001 von der Firma National Starch vertrieben werden.
- Weitere polymere, anionische, amphiphile Verdicker zeichnen sich durch langkettige Alkylsubstituenten aus. Zu dieser Gruppe zählen beispielsweise die Verbindungen mit den INCI-Bezeichnungen Acrylates/Stearyl Methacrylate Copolymer, Acrylates/Vinyl Isodecanoate Crosspolymer.
- Besonders bevorzugte Verdicker sind
- - Verdicker mit der INCI-Bezeichnung Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, wie sie beispielsweise unter dem Handelsnamen Carbopol Ultrez 21 von der Firma Lubrizol vertreiben werden.
- Für die produktionstechnische Abfüllung der erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen, ihre Applizierbarkeit und kosmetische Wirkung hat es sich als vorteilhaft erwiesen, das Gewichtsverhältnis von Wachs und Verdicker in engen Grenzen zu halten. Gewichtsverhältnisse von Wachs zu Verdicker von 30:1 bis 2:1, vorzugsweise 20:1 bis 4:1 haben sich dabei als besonders vorteilhaft erwiesen.
- Die kosmetischen Zusammensetzungen enthalten als dritten wesentlichen Bestandteil Emulgator. Bevorzugte kosmetische Zusammensetzungen weisen einen Gewichtsanteil an nichtionischem Emulgator von 1,5 bis 12 Gew.-%, insbesondere von 2,0 bis 10 Gew.-% auf.
- Im Hinblick auf die kosmetischen Eigenschaften und Dosiereigenschaften der Zusammensetzungen haben sich nichtionische Emulgatoren aus der Gruppe der polyalkoxylierten Fettalkohole als besonders vorteilhaft erwiesen. Bevorzugt werden bei Raumtemperatur (20°C) feste nichtionische Emulgatoren eingesetzt.
- Eine besonders bevorzugte Gruppe von Emulgatoren bilden die polyalkoxylierten Fettalkohole, wobei Ethylenoxid-Anlagerungsprodukt an gesättigte oder ungesättigte lineare Fettalkohole mit jeweils 2 bis 50 Mol Ethylenoxid pro Mol Fettalkohol, insbesondere 2 bis 30 Mol Ethylenoxid pro Mol Fettalkohol besonders bevorzugt werden.
- Beispiele für bevorzugte Emulgatoren sind lineare oder verzweigte, gesättigte oder ungesättigte C12-C30-Alkanole, die jeweils mit 2-4 Ethylenoxid-Einheiten pro Molekül verethert sind. Besonders bevorzugt sind Verbindungen mit den INCI Bezeichnungen Steareth-2, Steareth-3, Steareth-4, Ceteth-2, Ceteth-3, Ceteth-4, Myristeth-2, Myristeth-3, Myristeth-4, Laureth-2, Laureth-3, Laureth-4, Trideceth-2, Trideceth-3 und Trideceth-4 sowie Mischungen hiervon.
- Eine zweite Gruppe bevorzugter Emulgatoren sind lineare oder verzweigte, gesättigte oder ungesättigte C12-C30-Alkanole, die jeweils mit 20 bis 50 Ethylenoxid-Einheiten pro Molekül verethert sind. Besonders bevorzugte beispielhafte Emulgatoren sind Verbindungen mit den INCI Bezeichnungen Laureth-20, Laureth-25, Laureth-30, Laureth-40, Laureth-50, Myreth- 20, Myreth-25, Myreth-30, Myreth-40, Myreth-50, Ceteth-20, Ceteth-25, Ceteth-30, Ceteth-40, Ceteth-50, Steareth-20, Steareth-21, Steareth- 25, Steareth-30, Steareth-40, Steareth-50, Ceteareth-20, Ceteareth-25, Ceteareth-30, Ceteareth-40, Ceteareth-50, Oleth-20, Oleth-25, Oleth-30, Oleth-40 und Oleth-50.
- Eine zweite Gruppe bevorzugter polyalkoxylierter Fettalkohole bilden die Ethylenoxid-Propylenoxid Anlagerungsprodukte an lineare Fettalkohole mit 8 bis 30, insbesondere den Anlagerungsprodukten von 2 bis 50 Mol Ethylenoxid und 1 bis 5 Mol Propylenoxid an lineare Fettalkohole mit 12 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen. Ein Beispiel für einen solchen nichtionischen Emulgator ist die Verbindung mit der INCI Bezeichnung PPG-5-Ceteth-20.
- Beispiele für besonders bevorzugte nichtionische Emulgatorsysteme sind Verbindungen mit den INCI-Bezeichnungen Steareth-2, Steareth-21 und PPG-5-Ceteth-20 sowie Gemische dieser Emulgatoren.
- Zur weiteren Steigerung ihrer kosmetischen Wirkung enthalten die kosmetischen Zusammensetzungen ein filmbildendes Polymer. Dieses filmbildende Polymer ist von dem zuvor beschriebenen Verdicker verschieden. Bevorzugte filmbildende Polymere sind den Gruppen der anionischen oder nichtionischen Polymere zuzurechnen. Besonders bevorzugt ist der Einsatz ein filmbildender, nichtionischer Polymere. Der Gewichtsanteil dieser Polymere am Gesamtgewicht der kosmetischen Zubereitung ist vorzugsweise auf Mengen zwischen 1,0 bis 12 Gew.-% und insbesondere 2,0 bis 10 Gew.-% beschränkt.
- Beispiele für ganz besonders bevorzugte nichtionische filmbildende Polymere sind:
- - Vinylpyrrolidon/Vinylester-Copolymere, wie sie beispielsweise unter dem Warenzeichen Luviskol (BASF) vertrieben werden. Luviskol VA 64 und Luviskol VA 73, jeweils Vinylpyrrolidon/Vinylacetat-Copolymere, sind bevorzugte nichtionische Polymere.
- - Celluloseether, wie Hydroxypropylcellulose, Hydroxyethylcellulose und Methylhydroxypropylcellulose, wie sie beispielsweise unter den Warenzeichen Culminalund Benecel (AQUALON) vertrieben werden.
- - Polyvinylpyrrolidone, wie sie beispielsweise unter der Bezeichnung Luviskol (BASF) vertrieben werden.
- Aufgrund ihrer kosmetischen Wirkung ganz besonders bevorzugt eingesetzte filmbildende Polymere sind die Polyvinylpyrrolidone (INCI-Bezeichnung: PVP) sowie die Vinylpyrrolidon/Vinylacetat-Copolymere (INCI-Bezeichnung VP/VA Copolymer).
- Die erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen enthalten als fünften wesentlichen Bestandteil ein organisches Polyol. Bevorzugte Zusammensetzungen enthalten das organische Polyol bezogen auf ihr Gesamtgewicht in Mengen von 1,0 bis 10, vorzugsweise 1,0 bis 7,0 Gew.-%.
- Das Polyol kann als Einzelsubstanz oder in Form von Polyol Mischungen eingesetzt werden. Bevorzugte erfindungsgemäße Mittel zeichnen sich dadurch aus, dass sie weniger als vier, vorzugsweise ein bis drei, insbesondere jedoch nur ein Polyol enthalten. Zur Herstellung kosmetischer Zusammensetzungen eignen sich dabei insbesondere Polyole aus der Gruppe Glycerin, 1,2-Ethandiol, Polyethylenglycole mit MW > 400, Propandiol, Butandiol, inbesondere 1,3 Butandiol, Hexandiol, insbesondere 1,6 Hexandiol, Sorbitol, Threitol, Erythritol, Arabitol, Altritol, Ribitol, Xylitol, Galactitol, Mannitol, Iditol und Panthenol. Besonders geeignete organische Polyole sind Glycerin, Sorbitol und Panthenol. Bevorzugte erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzungen sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie als organisches Polyol mindestens ein Polyol aus der Gruppe Propylenglycol, Glycerin und Panthenol, vorzugsweise Propylenglycol enthalten.
- Der Zusatz des Polyols verbessert die Eigenschaften erfindungsgemäßer Zusammensetzungen bei Lagerung und Applikation und hat vorteilhafte kosmetische Effekte.
- Die erfindungsgemäßen kosmetischen Mittel basieren auf einem wässrigen Trägersystem. Der Gewichtsanteil des Wassers am Gesamtgewicht der kosmetischen Zusammensetzung begträgt vorzugsweise 15 bis 90 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 30 bis 90 Gew.-%.
- Zusammenfassend sind enthalten besonders bevorzugte kosmetische Zusammensetzungen bezogen auf ihr Gesamtgewicht
- a) 2,0 bis 15 Gew.-% Wachs aus der Gruppe Bienenwachs, Carnaubawachs sowie deren Mischungen
- b) 0,1 bis 1,2 Gew.-% Verdicker aus der Gruppe der Acrylsäurehomopolymere
- c) 1,5 bis 12 Gew.-% Emulgator aus der Gruppe der
- i) Ethylenoxid-Anlagerungsprodukte an gesättigte oder ungesättigte lineare Fettalkohole mit jeweils 2 bis 50 Mol Ethylenoxid pro Mol Fettalkohol, insbesondere 2 bis 30 Mol Ethylenoxid pro Mol Fettalkohol
- ii) Ethylenoxid-Propylenoxid Anlagerungsprodukte an lineare Fettalkohole mit 8 bis 30, insbesondere den Anlagerungsprodukten von 2 bis 50 Mol Ethylenoxid und 1 bis 5 Mol Propylenoxid an lineare Fettalkohole mit 12 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatome
- d) 1,0 bis 25 Gew.-% filmbildendes Polymer aus der Gruppe nichtionischen, filmbildenden Polymere
- e) 1,0 bis 7,0 Gew.-% organisches Polyol aus der Gruppe Propylenglycol, Glycerin und Panthenol
- f) 30 bis 90 Gew.-% Wasser
- Neben den zuvor beschriebenen wesentlichen Bestandteilen können die kosmetischen Zusammensetzungen weitere optionale Wirk- oder Hilfsstoffe enthalten.
- Eine erste Gruppe optionaler Wirk- und Hilfsstoffe sind die Fettstoffe. Diese Fettstoffe sind von den weiter oben beschriebenen zwingend enthaltenen Wachsen verschieden. Der Gewichtsanteil der Fettstoffe am Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung beträgt vorzugsweise 1,0 bis 10 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 2,0 bis 10 Gew.-% und insbesondere 4,0 bis 10 Gew.-%..
- Eine Gruppe besonders bevorzugter Fettstoffe bilden die Öle aus der Gruppe der mineralischen Öle, natürlichen Öle, synthetischen Öle und deren Mischungen.
- Erfindungsgemäß geeignete Öle sind ausgewählt aus den Estern der linearen oder verzweigten gesättigten oder ungesättigten Fettalkohole mit 2 - 30 Kohlenstoffatomen mit linearen oder verzweigten gesättigten oder ungesättigten Fettsäuren mit 2 - 30 Kohlenstoffatomen, die hydroxyliert sein können. Dazu zählen Cetyl-2-ethylhexanoat, 2-Hexyldecylstearat (z. B. Eutanol® G 16 S), 2-Hexyldecyllaurat, Isodecylneopentanoat, Isononylisononanoat, 2-Ethylhexylpalmitat (z. B. Cegesoft® C 24) und 2-Ethylhexylstearat (z. B. Cetiol® 868). Ebenfalls bevorzugt sind Isopropylmyristat, Isopropylpalmitat, Isopropylstearat, Isopropylisostearat, Isopropyloleat, Isooctylstearat, Isononylstearat, Isocetylstearat, Isononylisononanoat, Isotridecylisononanoat, Cetearylisononanoat, 2-Ethylhexyllaurat, 2-Ethylhexylisostearat, 2-Ethylhexylcocoat, 2-Octyldodecylpalmitat, Butyloctansäure-2-butyloctanoat, Diisotridecylacetat, n-Butylstearat, n-Hexyllaurat, n-Decyloleat, Oleyloleat, Oleylerucat, Erucyloleat, Erucylerucat, Ethylenglycoldioleat und Ethylenglycoldipalmitat. Cetyl-2-ethylhexanoat ist besonders bevorzugt.
- Weitere erfindungsgemäß bevorzugte Öle sind ausgewählt aus den Benzoesäureestern von linearen oder verzweigten C8-22-Alkanolen. Besonders bevorzugt sind Benzoesäure-C12-C15-alkylester, z. B. erhältlich als Handelsprodukt Finsolv® TN, Benzoesäureisostearylester, z. B. erhältlich als Handelsprodukt Finsolv® SB, Ethylhexylbenzoat, z. B. erhältlich als Handelsprodukt Finsolv® EB, und Benzoesäureoctyldocecylester, z. B. erhältlich als Handelsprodukt Finsolv® BOD.
- Als weitere optionale Wirk- oder Hilfsstoffe sind insbesondere zusätzliche Pflegestoffe zu nennen.
- Als Pflegestoff kann das Mittel beispielsweise mindestens ein Proteinhydrolysat und/oder eines seiner Derivate enthalten. Proteinhydrolysate sind Produktgemische, die durch sauer, basisch oder enzymatisch katalysierten Abbau von Proteinen (Eiweißen) erhalten werden. Unter dem Begriff Proteinhydrolysate werden erfindungsgemäß auch Totalhydrolysate sowie einzelne Aminosäuren und deren Derivate sowie Gemische aus verschiedenen Aminosäuren verstanden. Das Molgewicht der erfindungsgemäß einsetzbaren Proteinhydrolysate liegt zwischen 75, dem Molgewicht für Glycin, und 200.000, bevorzugt beträgt das Molgewicht 75 bis 50.000 und ganz besonders bevorzugt 75 bis 20.000 Dalton.
- Als Pflegestoff kann das erfindungsgemäße Mittel weiterhin mindestens ein Vitamin, ein Provitamin, eine Vitaminvorstufe und/oder eines derer Derivate enthalten. Dabei sind erfindungsgemäß solche Vitamine, Provitamine und Vitaminvorstufen bevorzugt, die üblicherweise den Gruppen A, B, C, E, F und H zugeordnet werden.
- Weitere Pflegestoffe sind Coffein und Nicotinamid.
- Als Pflegestoff können die erfindungsgemäßen Mittel weiterhin mindestens einen Pflanzenextrakt, aber auch Mono- bzw. Oligosaccharide und/oder Lipide enthalten.
- Die Zusammensetzung einiger weiterer bevorzugter kosmetischer Zusammensetzungen, bei denen das Gewichtsverhältnis von Wachs zu Verdicker 40:1 bis 1:1, vorzugsweise 30:1 bis 2:1 und insbesondere 20:1 bis 4:1 beträgt, kann den folgenden Tabellen entnommen werden (Angaben in Gew.-% bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des kosmetischen Mittels sofern nicht anders angegeben).

zeichnen sich die erfindungsgemäßen kosmetischen Zusammensetzungen durch besondere Vorteile bei der temporären Umformung keratinischer Fasern aus. Eine entsprechende Verwendung dieser kosmetischen Zusammensetzung zur temporären Umformung keratinischer Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren, ist daher ein weiterer Gegenstand dieser Anmeldung.
- Ein letzter Gegenstand dieser Anmeldung ist ein Verfahren zur temporären Verformung von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren, bei dem die kosmetische Zusammensetzung auf keratinische Fasern appliziert wird.
Claims (10)
- Kosmetische Zusammensetzung, umfassend bezogen auf ihr Gesamtgewicht a) 1,0 bis 20 Gew.-% Wachs b) 0,1 bis 1,5 Gew.-% Verdicker c) 1,0 bis 15 Gew.-% Emulgator d) 1,0 bis 15 Gew.-% filmbildendes Polymer e) 1,0 bis 15 Gew.-% organisches Polyol f) 1,0 bis 90 Gew.-% Wasser wobei das Gewichtsverhältnis von Wachs zu Verdicker 40:1 bis 1:1 beträgt.
- Kosmetische Zusammensetzung nach
Anspruch 1 , wobei das Gewichtsverhältnis von Wachs zu Verdicker 30:1 bis 2:1, vorzugsweise 20:1 bis 4:1 beträgt. - Kosmetische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei der Gewichtsanteil des Wachses am Gesamtgewicht der Zusammensetzung 2,0 bis 15 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 3,0 bis 8,0 Gew.% beträgt.
- Kosmetische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei der Gewichtsanteil des Verdickers am Gesamtgewicht der Zusammensetzung 0,1 bis 1,2 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 0,9 Gew.-% beträgt.
- Kosmetische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei der Gewichtsanteil des Emulgators am Gesamtgewicht der Zusammensetzung 1,5 bis 12 Gew.-%, insbesondere 2,0 bis 10 Gew.-% beträgt.
- Kosmetische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei der Gewichtsanteil des filmbildenden Polymers am Gesamtgewicht der Zusammensetzung 1,0 bis 12 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 2,0 bis 10 Gew.-% beträgt.
- Kosmetische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei der Gewichtsanteil des Polyols am Gesamtgewicht der Zusammensetzung 1,0 bis 10 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 1,0 bis 7,0 Gew.-% beträgt.
- Kosmetische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei der Gewichtsanteil des Wassers am Gesamtgewicht der Zusammensetzung 15 bis 90 Gew.%, vorzugsweise 30 bis 90 Gew.-% beträgt.
- Verwendung einer kosmetischen Zusammensetzung nach einem der
Ansprüche 1 bis8 zur temporären Umformung keratinischer Fasern. - Verfahren zur temporären Verformung von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren, bei dem die kosmetische Zusammensetzung nach einem der
Ansprüche 1 bis8 auf keratinische Fasern appliziert wird.
