Abstract

Schokoladeböden oder Waffelböden werden durch entsprechende Gitterung oder Parzellierung so unterteilt, das jedes Rippchen mit 2-4 diversen Flüssigkeiten befüllt ist, bevor es gedeckelt wird. Beim Zerbeißen eines Rippchens erfolgt dann die Synthese der Flüssigkeiten mit der Schokolade zu einem vielgeschmacklichen, harmonischen Erlebnis.

Description

  • Schokoladeböden mit quadratischen, rechteckigen, triangularen, rautenförmigen oder halbkugelförmigen Gitterungen werden mit 2–4 diversen Flüssigkeiten vor der Deckelung befüllt, so dass jedes Rippchen 2–4 Flüssigkeiten oder Flüssigkeit-Creme-Kombinationen integriert hat.
  • Die Befüllung von analog gepressten und schokogecoverten Waffelböden erfolgt in gleicher Weise bevor diese dann mit schokogecoateten Deckwaffeln versiegelt werden. (AZ 10 2012 001 351.5).
  • Beim Abbeißen eines Rippchen erfolgt erst beim Zerkauen die geschmackliche Synthese der Flüssigkeiten im Zusammenklang mit der jeweiligen Schokolade (z. B. Mokka, + Vodka + Melisse oder Vollmilch + Raki + Pfefferminze) was den Namen Multytasty im Sinne von vielgeschmacklicher Harmonie andeutet.

Claims (2)

  1. Multitasty – Schokoladen und Schokoladewaffeln gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass jedes Schokoladerippchen bzw schokogecoatete Waffelrippchen mit mit 2–4 diversen Flüssigkeiten (z. B. Alkoholika, pflanzlichen Essenzen, Gewürz- oder Aromaemulgaten) gefüllt ist
  2. Multitasty – Schokoladen und Schokoladewaffeln gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Füllungen alle flüssig oder im Mix mit cremigen Füllungen kombiniert sind
