Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Verbindungsanordnung zur Festlegung zumindest eines Funktionsbauteils an einer Befestigungsstelle einer Rohbaukarosserie eines Kraftfahrzeuges gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Bei einer Fahrzeughochzeit wird üblicherweise ein Antriebsstrang (Motor, Getriebe und Fahrwerk) in eine zugehörige Rohbaukarosserie von unten eingefahren. Im allgemeinen erfolgt dabei die Montage mittels Verschrauben in einer Schraubrichtung von unten nach oben, wobei teilweise Schraubbolzen in rohbaufeste Schraubenmuttern eingeschraubt werden. Sind die Schraubenmuttern jedoch nicht rohbaufest angeordnet, kann es beim Eindrehen der Schraubbolzen zu einem Abheben der zugehörigen Schraubenmuttern kommen, wodurch die Verschraubung entweder nicht hergestellt werden kann, oder zusätzlich ein Halten der nicht rohbaufesten Schraubenmuttern erfolgen muss. Auch das Aufbringen eines Anzugsmomentes ist vergleichsweise schwierig, sofern die Schraubenmutter frei drehbar an der Rohbaukarosserie angeordnet ist.In a vehicle wedding usually a drive train (engine, transmission and suspension) is retracted into an associated shell body from below. Die vorliegende Erfindung beruht auf dem allgemeinen Gedanken, bei einer an sich bekannten Verbindungsanordnung zur Festlegung zumindest eines Funktionsbauteils an einer Befestigungsstelle einer Rohbaukarosserie eines Kraftfahrzeuges, einen Schraubkäfig zu verwenden, der eine verdrehfeste und zumindest in Einschraubrichtung fixierte Lage eines rohbauseitigen Schraubteils gewährleistet und dadurch eine Herstellung der Verbindungsanordnung vereinfacht. Die eigentliche Schraubverbindung weist dabei zwei Schraubteile auf, wobei die Befestigungsstelle an der Rohbaukarosserie als Aufnahme ausgebildet ist, die in einem Boden einen Durchbruch aufweist. Erfindungsgemäß sind nun rohbauseitig an der Befestigungsstelle zwei Halte-/Verdrehsicherungskonturen angeordnet, wobei der Schraubkäfig eine zum rohbauseitigen Schraubteil komplementäre Ausnehmung aufweist, in der das rohbauseitige Schraubteil verdrehsicher aufgenommen ist. Zusätzlich weist der Schraubkäfig zwei Ränder auf, mittels welchen er die beiden rohbauseitigen Halte-/Verdrehsicherungskonturen hinterschnittartig hintergreift und dadurch an diesen zumindest in Einschraubrichtung gesichert ist und gleichzeitig das rohbauseitige Schraubteil an der Rohbaukarosserie fixiert. Somit wird zunächst das rohbauseitige Schraubteil im Bereich der Befestigungsstelle positioniert und anschließend mit dem Schraubkäfig lagerichtig an der Befestigungsstelle fixiert, indem der Schraubkäfig einfach über das rohbauseitige Schraubteil, beispielsweise eine entsprechend ausgebildete Mutter, gestülpt und mit seinen beiden Rändern an den beiden zugehörigen rohbauseitigen Halte-/Verdrehsicherungskonturen verclipst wird. Die beiden rohbauseitigen Halte-/Verdrehsicherungskonturen können dabei bereits während des Herstellens der Rohbaukarosserie mit angeformt werden, so dass diese keine zusätzliche Montage bzw. Herstellungsschritte erforderlich machen.
