In contrast, it is the object of the present invention to provide a drywall element for sound insulation walls or slope hedges, which allows the largest possible planting of the front and both in retaining walls and sound insulation walls has a long-term durability. Further, it is an object of the present invention to provide a drywall element of the type described which has a good sound absorption capability.
This object is achieved with a drywall element having the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments and further developments are the subject of the dependent claims.
The drywall element according to the invention as defined in claim 1 comprises a rear anchor part which is integrally connected to a floor and a front front element which forms a vertical end towards the visible side of the soundproof wall or the slope protection. The bottom and the front element of the drywall element according to the invention are designed in such a way that behind the front element a trough receiving a plant substrate or soil is formed, wherein lateral vertical supports are provided on the front element. The drywall element according to the invention is characterized in that the front element has a trough wall connected watertight to the floor at least over a part of its height, and a front panel opposite, which is detachably mounted on the lateral vertical supports of the front element. Thus, a kind of depression or receptacle for planting is provided directly behind the front element and in interaction with the bottom of the drywall element. Under a trough is in this case an upwardly open receiving space or Area understood that retains the soil or a plant substrate so far that a planting in each of the drywall elements is possible. Through a depression formed in this way, a nationwide and good planting of walls or slope protection formed with the drywall elements is ensured, since in each element a separate planting is possible. The trough also prevents heavy rainfall, etc., from flushing the plant substrate or soil away from the upper drywall elements.
In order to ensure sufficient retention and reception space for planting, the front front element has a trough wall connected watertight to the floor over at least part of its height. For example, the trough wall may be made in one piece with the bottom of the drywall element by casting. The trough wall has the advantage that the front panel of the front element can be realized independently of the function as a planting trough. For example, the front panel may be optimized for other technical characteristics, such as sound absorption. The front panel itself is considered a detachable, d. H. provided separate element from the bottom and the rest of the drywall element, so that it can also be selected specifically with regard to the technical functions or an optical design of the visible side of the drywall. Last but not least, the front panel can therefore also be made of a renewable, ecological raw material, such as wood, because it does not come into direct contact with the potting soil and the moisture that accumulates in the trough behind the front element, but by the protected front hollow wall. The trough formed between the front element and the bottom is preferably a widened region of the drywall element according to the invention, which tapers rearwardly towards the anchor part. In this way, sufficient spaces between the successively stacked drywall elements are provided, on the one hand does not hinder the passage of water for irrigation and on the other hand ensure a secure grip in the ground due to the relatively long anchor part, if the drywall elements for slope protection on steep slopes or be used similar.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the bottom and the front element of the drywall element are designed such that an at least bottom-closed trough for plant substrate or soil is present. In a soundproof wall or retaining wall formed from dry wall elements according to the invention, a series of plantable hollows is thus formed virtually in each floor, which can be planted with both hanging plants and upright growing plants. The trough is essentially independent of the entire underlying soil, which can be compressed extra, for example in the region of the anchor part, when the drywall elements are used as slope protection. The front area of the troughs formed by the at least bottom-closed area between anchor part and front element, however, is not filled with compacted soil, but especially with plant substrate or potting soil, which is introduced sufficiently loose that a good and quick planting of the wall is possible. The presence according to the invention of hollows closed at the bottom also prevents over-watering during heavy rainfall. A flushing away of the necessary soil for the plants in each area and at each height of the wall is thus also effectively prevented. According to a related alternative embodiment of the invention, for example, the bottom in the trough may also be additionally provided with lateral trough walls, which are preferably connected to the front trough wall directly behind the front element. In this way results in a closed at least from three sides plant trough of a predetermined height, which is usually below the height of the entire drywall element.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the supports of the front element are provided with lateral grooves over which the front panel or the front panels is inserted from above / are. The grooves have the advantage that the assembly of the drywall element is comparatively simple and that the base element can be carried out with conventional casting technologies, for example with concrete casting technology. The front panel can be made as a simple straight board made of a plastic material, wood material or special sound insulation material and connected by simple insertion with the basic component of the drywall element. This form of detachable mounting also allows later replacement of front panels as needed, for example for purposes of sound reduction optimization or the like.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the rear anchor part of the drywall element is provided only in a rear part of the longitudinal extension of the element, preferably in about half of the longitudinal extension of the element. This results in a certain distance between the anchor part and the front side forming the visible side. This distance or space increases the existing reception area for planting and potting soil for the densest possible planting the Wall or slope protection. This results in a larger trough volume than in a case in which the anchor part itself extends over the entire length of the drywall element. Nevertheless, the anchoring part provides sufficient support, both when used as a slope protection, in which it is securely anchored in the ground, as well as when used as a vertical soundproof wall, where it serves as a stacking block for placing on corresponding other drywall elements. Last but not least, this aspect of the invention reduces the overall weight of the drywall element.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the anchor part and the supports of the front element of the drywall element are provided with approximately the same amount of stacking surfaces. The stacking surfaces of the same height have the advantage, when stacking similar drywall elements, that almost vertical and flush soundproof walls or retaining walls can be realized in each case. The anchor parts themselves and the lateral supports of the front element serve as a kind of coupling areas for building up vertical walls or slope hedges without the need for additional intermediate elements or connecting elements. Last but not least, a wall constructed with dry wall elements according to the invention has sufficient stability and stability, even without the soil or planting material being filled into the hollows and interstices. This also facilitates the construction of such walls or slope hedges on site, since it can be carried out with relatively simple means such as a crane or the like.
According to a further advantageous embodiment, the front element has a substantially straight shape. The detachably mounted, for example insertable front element thus has a board-like or plate-like shape. Various materials and materials can be processed with relatively simple procedures to front elements. The essentially straight shape also has the advantage that even in confined spaces, for example between the lanes of a highway, a front surface that is as straight as possible can be formed with the drywall elements according to the invention. Of course, the individual elements can also be set up at a slight angle to one another, for example in the case of a curve of a motor road.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the front panel of the front element, which is detachably or exchangeably mounted on the basic structure, consists of a natural and sound-absorbing material. According to an advantageous aspect, the front panel is formed of wood and is used in the form of a wooden board with suitable dimensions. This results in a good soundproofing. On the other hand, a wall formed in this way has a comparatively handsome appearance over the largest proportion of the total area. In addition to wood as a natural material for the front panel, of course, other sound-absorbing materials can be used, such as plates of hemp fibers, flax fibers, coconut fibers, wood fibers and the like. The element is thus also ecologically sustainable. Mineral wool or expanded clay can also be used for this purpose. Of course, it is also possible to use panels of artificial materials which have been optimized specifically for sound absorption as front panels within the scope of the invention. For example, these may consist of foamed plastics.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the bottom of the drywall element is provided with a groove for partially receiving the front panel. The grooves in the side supports and the groove in the bottom ensure a secure hold of the front panel, which is not pushed out of its original shape even after being pushed back by soil or roots of plants. The retention force is improved.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the floor at least partially on lateral trough walls, which are connected to the frontal trough wall of the front element. In this way, a kind of three-sided closed plant tray, which restrains enough soil and enough water for the plants, even if heavy rainfall on the wall. The lateral trough walls of the bottom are connected to the frontal trough wall and are preferably integrally formed of a casting with the bottom and the frontal trough wall.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, coupling elements for connecting similar or identical drywall elements are provided on the upper side and / or on the underside of the drywall element. The coupling elements are preferably designed such that the drywall elements can be connected to each other by simply nesting. The coupling elements have the advantage that slipping or pushing apart of the drywall elements connected in a soundproofing wall or in a slope protection is reliably avoided. This has the advantage in the construction of a slope protection that even before the backfilling with soil the Elements form a stable wall with high load capacity. As coupling elements, for example, projections and holes can serve at opposite positions on the underside and the top of the drywall elements. Also, grooves and longitudinal ribs can be used for this purpose. Other coupling means known in the art for releasably bonding individual drywall elements may also be used in the invention.
