Abstract
Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum maschinellen Reinigen von Photovoltaik- und Solaranlagen sowie sonstigen Dach- und Glasflächen. Dabei wird eine mit motorisch angetriebenen Bürsten und einer Zuführeinrichtung für Reinigungsflüssigkeit ausgestattete Vorrichtung mittels mehrerer Seiltransportvorrichtungen in der Art auf der zu reinigenden Fläche bewegt, dass eine vollflächige Reinigung der Fläche gewährleistet ist.The present invention relates to a device for mechanical cleaning of photovoltaic and solar systems and other roof and glass surfaces. Diese sind sehr schwer und müssen während des Reinigungsvorgangs händisch gesteuert werden, um die gesamte zu reinigende Fläche abzufahren. Ferner sind viele Anlagen nicht für diese hohen Gewichte des Roboters ausgelegt. Die erfindungsgemäße Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass zwei an der Reinigungsvorrichtung angebrachte und mit Schrittmotoren ausgestattete Seiltransportvorrichtungen jeweils ein an der rechten und linken oberen Eckbegrenzung der zu reinigenden Fläche befestigtes Seils in der Art verlängert und verkürzt und dabei aufwickelt, dass die erfindungsgemäße Reinigungsvorrichtung eine gesteuerte Bewegungsbahn auf der zu reinigenden Glasfläche abfährt und die Reinigungsvorrichtung mit der geeigneten Anordnung von motorisch angetriebenen Bürsten und der Zuführung von Reinigungsflüssigkeit dabei die zu reinigenden Flächen säubert. Die Steuerung und Koordination der beiden Seiltransportvorrichtungen wird vorzugsweise durch eine elektronische Steuerung vorgenommen. Vorzugsweise ist die Steuerung in der Art programmiert, dass die Vorrichtung mittels händischer Steuerung der Seiltransportvorrichtungen an eine beliebige Anzahl von Eckpunkten der zu reinigenden Fläche verfahren wird und diese Punkte als Eckpunkte definiert werden und daraus die zu reinigende Fläche erkannt werden kann. In einer weiteren Ausführungsform ist an der erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsvorrichtung eine Zugseilumlenkvorrichtung mit zwei beweglichen Hebeln, welche mittels eines Aktors bewegt werden, vorgesehen.
