Description

  • Kurzfassung:
  • Im täglichen Straßenverkehr kommt es wiederholt zu Kommunikationsproblemen, weil Fußgänger (insbesondere auch an Fußgängerüberwegen), Radfahrer und Fahrer in entgegenkommenden Fahrzeugen nicht beurteilen können, ob der Fahrer eines Kraftfahrzeuges bremst oder seine Fahrt ungebremst fortsetzen will.
  • Durch im Frontbereich in die Tagscheinwerfer eingebaute Regulierung bei einem Geschwindigkeitsbereich von 0–50 km/h (für innerörtlichen Verkehr) können Missverständnisse zwischen den Verkehrsteilnehmern und damit Unfälle vermieden werden, wenn andere Verkehrsteilnehmer aus der Intensität der Tagscheinwerfer sehen können, wie schnell das Fahrzeug sich bewegt, ob es beschleunigt (mehr Licht) oder verlangsamt (weniger Licht). Die Tagscheinwerfer sollen so ausgestattet werden, dass sie beispielsweise 10 LED-Leuchten haben, bei einer Geschwindigkeit vom 10 km/h leuchten zwei, bei einer Geschwindigkeit von 30 km/h leuchten sechs, das heißt jeweils auf einer Seite drei Leuchten oder alternativ ab 50 km/h bis zum Stillstand gedimmt.
