Elektroanbaueinheit zum Anbau an mit Verbrennungsmotor betriebenen Maschinen. dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Elektroanbausatz aus einer Rahmen-Käfig-Konstruktion (1) besteht, in dem die komplette elektrischen und hydraulische (4) Installation eingebaut ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anbaueinheit, die mitttels eines Elektromotors eine Hydraulikpumpe antreibt.
  • Es ist bekannt, dass elektrobetriebene, sowie diesel-elektrisch betriebende Bagger vorhanden sind. Die verfügbaren Bagger sind aber mit reinem Elektroantrieb bei weiten Fahrstrecken im Nachteil, da das Kabel immer ausgelegt werden muss und die Bagger nur im Elektrobetrieb betrieben werden können. Andererseits sind die diesel-elektrisch betriebenen Bagger zu groß, da der Diesel-und Elektroantrieb im Bagger untergebracht werden muss. Dadurch sind die Bagger zu breit oder zu schwer um in beengten Verhältnissen oder auf weniger tragfähigem Untergrund eingesetzt werden zu können.
  • Der im Schutzanspruch 1 angegebenen Erfindung, liegt das Problem zugrunde, einen diesel-elektrisch betriebenen Bagger, zu schaffen, bei dem die komplette Elektroeinheit außerhalb des Baggers liegt, und die bei Nichtgebrauch abgebaut werden kann.
  • Dieses Problem wird mit dem im Schutzanspruch 1 aufgeführten Merkmalen gelöst.
  • Mit der Erfindung wird erreicht, dass auch Bagger, die durch ihre Kompaktheit keine Platz zum Einbau eines zusätzlichen Elektroantriebs innerhalb der Maschine haben, durch den Anbau die Möglichkeit besteht, mit einer emissionsfreien Antriebseinheit ausgerüstet werden zu können. Der Anbau an das Trägergerät kann mittels Schrauben oder Bolzen erfolgen. Nach dem Abbau der Elektroeinheit ist der Bagger wieder als normale dieselgetrieben Maschine zu verwenden. Die Auslastung steigt enorm. Auch ist das geringe Maschinengewicht von Vorteil, um auf weniger belastbaren Traguntergründen eingesetzt werden zu können. Außerdem sind keine Elektroinstallationen an der Trägermaschine nötig, da der Anbau der Not-Aus-Einheit an einem Ausleger erfolgt, der in das Bedienfeld des Maschinenführers geklappt wird. Zum Starten des E-Motors ist der gleiche Schlüssel nötig, der den Verbrennungsmotor am Trägergerät startet. Dadurch können nicht gleichzeitig beide Motoren betrieben werden. Durch den federstahlverstärkten Peitschenausleger, der an einer drehwegsbegrenzten Drehdurchführung montiert ist, werden ruckartige Bewegungen der Trägermaschine, stark gedämpft. Durch diese Maßnahme ist es möglich, einen automatischen Kabelaufroller zentral aufzustellen, da keine ruckartigen Zugbelastungen auftreten. Durch die Möglichkeit, den Schaltschrank und die Not-Aus-Einheit nach hinten zu klappen, ist es möglich, im angebauten Zustand Wartungsarbeiten am Trägergerät vor zunehmen, da die Motorhaube des Trägergerätes vollständig nach hinten geklappt werden kann.

Claims (8)

  1. Elektroanbaueinheit zum Anbau an mit Verbrennungsmotor betriebenen Maschinen. dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Elektroanbausatz aus einer Rahmen-Käfig-Konstruktion (1) besteht, in dem die komplette elektrischen und hydraulische (4) Installation eingebaut ist.
  2. Elektroanbaueinheit nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Trägermaschine die Saug(6)- und Druckleitung (5) zusätzlich nach außen geführt wird, und man mittels Hydraulikkupplungen die Elektroanbaueinheit hydraulisch anbinden kann.
  3. Elektroanbaueinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elektroanbaueinheit mittels Befestigungsmaterial (2) an die Trägermaschine an- und abgebaut werden kann.
  4. Elektroanbaueinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die komplette Elektrik, E-Motor (3) und Verdrahtung, in der Elektroanbaueinheit integriert ist.
  5. Elektroanbaueinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das baugleiche Zündschloß (13), das im Trägergerät installiert ist, in der Elektroanbaueinheit eingebaut ist.
  6. Elektroanbaueinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der federstahlverstärkte Peitschenausleger (12) auf einer drehwegbegrenzten Drehdurchführung (11) installiert ist.
  7. Elektroanbaueinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Not-Aus-Schalter (7) mittels Ausleger (8) in das Bedienfeld des Maschinenführers geklappt wird.
  8. Elektroanbaueinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Not-Aus-Einheit (Schalter + Ausleger) und der auf dem gummigepufferten Rahmen (10) montierte Schaltschrank (9) nach hinten geklappt werden kann.
