Abstract

Ein Polygonspiegel (4) eines Objektdetektors eines Fahrzeugs umfasst erste Flächen (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e) zur Projektion eines Laserstrahls in einen ersten vorbestimmten Bereich und eine zweite Fläche (4f) zur Projektion eines Laserstrahls in einen zweiten vorbestimmten Bereich, der sich in einer größeren Höhe als der erste vorbestimmte Bereich befindet. Der Polygonspiegel (4) wird gedreht, um den Laserstrahl durch ein Projektionsfenster (1c) in den ersten und den zweiten vorbestimmten Bereich zu projizieren. Somit kann der Laserstrahl nicht nur in einen Bereich in normaler Höhe vor dem Fahrzeug, sondern auch in einem Bereich, der in einer größeren Höhe als der normale Bereich angeordnet ist, projiziert werden. Somit kann ein Sondierlicht, selbst wenn ein Reflexionselement eines Objekts an einer hohen Position angeordnet ist, zu dem Reflexionselement projiziert werden. Dadurch kann eine Objekterfassung oder Abstandsmessung korrekt ausgeführt werden.
