Abstract

Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß der Erfindung, die sich auf ein Ver fahren der eingangs genannten Art bezieht, dadurch gelöst, daß unter ihrer jeweiligen, zu ihrer Identifizierung dienen den Produktkennzeichnung die verschiedenen zum Verkauf ange botenen Artikel mit ihren Inhaltsstoffen in einer ersten Da tenbank erfaßt werden, daß in einer zweiten Datenbank die je weils für einen Verbraucher schädlichen oder nichtakzeptablen und damit unerwünschten Inhaltsstoffe eingespeichert werden, daß von einem kaufinteressierten Verbraucher die Produktkenn zeichnung des von ihm gewünschten Artikels in ein Terminal eingegeben wird, woraufhin im Rahmen einer Anwendungsrechnung der Inhalt der beiden Datenbanken verglichen wird und ermit telt wird, ob im gewünschten, mittels der Produktkennzeich nung in der ersten Datenbank ausgewählten Artikel Inhalts stoffe enthalten sind, die vom kaufinteressierten Verbraucher vorher als unerwünscht in die zweite Datenbank eingespeichert worden sind, und daß zum Abschluß der Anwendungsrechnung an den kaufinteressierten Verbraucher als Ergebnis im Terminal eine Mitteilung ausgegeben wird, die eine Angabe enthält, ob der betreffende Artikel für den kaufinteressierten Verbrau cher akzeptabel ist und somit von ihm gekauft werden kann oder nicht. Das Verfahren nach der Erfindung ermöglicht es somit, daß ein Verbraucher automatisch die Inhaltsstoffe des jenigen Lebensmittels, Kosmetikmittels od. dgl. einschätzen kann, für das er sich interessiert.
