Die Erfindung betrifft ein System zur Vermittlung und Ausübung einer Dienstleistung zwischen einem Nachfrager und einem spezifischen Anbieter. Die Erfindung betrifft weiter ein System zur Ausübung der Dienstleistung. Es besteht unter anderem auch die Möglichkeit mit einem gewissen Know-how ein spezifisches System über verschiedene Online-Portale zusammenzustellen. Dies muss aber in gesamter Weise zusammengebaut werden. Bekannte Systeme zur technischen Betreuung beziehen sich nicht auf den vorgeschalteten Erwerb spezifischer Geräte und einer damit verbundenen personalisierten Servicemöglichkeit. Bei bekannten, zu erwerbenden Systemen gibt es verschiedene Möglichkeiten betreffend die Softwarenutzung. Bei einem selbst konfiguriertem PC-System muss die benötigte Software erworben und installiert werden. Bei fertig zusammengestellten Desktop PC-Systemen, die bereits mit Software ausgestattet sind, muss der Nutzer diese Software einrichten. Hierzu ist wieder ein gewisses Know-how nötig, denn falsche Einstellungen führen eventuell zu einer nicht optimalen Nutzung des PC-Systems oder Ermöglichen den Zugriff schädlicher Software. Bekannte Möglichkeiten zur Verbindung mit dem vorhanden W-LAN sind, dass der Nutzer selbst diese Verbindung konfigurieren muss oder eine Software besitzen muss, die dieses unter Eingabe von spezifischen Daten, ermöglicht.Known systems for purchasing different products, of different or the same type, from different suppliers are generally known. Bei den zu erwerbenden Produkten handelt es sich beispielhaft und nicht ausschließlich um PC-Systeme. Es versteht sich jedoch von selbst, dass die nachgefragte Dienstleitung auch jede andere Tätigkeit des Anbieters sein kann. Ebenfalls kann die Dienstleistung in einem anderen Bereich als dem IT- Bereich stattfinden. Erfindungsgemäß ist eine Vorrichtung zur automatisierten Einwahl in das kabellose Local Area Network (W-LAN) des Kunden vorgesehen. Bei der Vorrichtung zur automatisierten Einwahl in das W-LAN des Kunden handelt es sich beispielhaft und in keiner Weise ausschließlich um ein Universal Serial Bus-Geräte (USB-Gerät). Im Folgenden wird für die Vorrichtung zur automatisierten Einwahl in das W-LAN des Kunden der Begriff ISY-connect verwendet. Es besteht weiter die Möglichkeit zur Nutzung der Dienstleistung für mit dem Kunden in einer häuslichen Gemeinschaft zusammenlebende Personen, bezogen auf Privatkunden. Handelt es sich bei dem Kunden um einen geschäftlichen Kunden, so sind die Dienstleistungen autorisierten Personen des Unternehmens zu erbringen. Der Preis, der durch den Kunden als Nachfrager der Dienstleistung an den Anbieter der Dienstleistung zu entrichten ist, richtet sich nach den jeweiligen Marktgegebenheiten. Zur berechtigten Nutzung des Supports, den die Dienstleistung beinhaltet, ist mit Kauf eines oder mehrerer Produkte ein Service-Vertrag abzuschließen. Ebenso besteht die Möglichkeit den Service-Vertrag zur Nutzung der Dienstleistung in Form des Supports nachträglich zu erwerben. Der Preis des kundengebundenen Service-Vertrages richtet sich nach den jeweiligen Marktgegebenheiten. Ohne Abschluss des kundengebundenen Service-Vertrages besteht kein Anrecht auf Nutzung der Dienstleistung in Form von Support für den Kunden. Die Erfindung umfasst dabei den Support mit einer 24/7-Erreichbarkeit in der Sprache des Kunden. Beispielhaft und in keiner Weise ausschließlich wird davon ausgegangen, dass der Anbieter der Dienstleistung den Support in dem Land ausübt, in dem sich der Kunde befindet. Die Vermittlung der Dienstleistung erfolgt beispielhaft und nicht ausschließlich über ein Informationssystem. Die erworbenen Produkte werden dem Kunden erfindungsgemäß in einer postalischen Zustellung geliefert. Dem Kunden wird zusätzlich die Möglichkeit gegeben sein bestelltes Produkt aus Pickup-Stationen an bestimmten autorisierten Orten abzuholen. Dazu erhält der Kunde einen Abholcode, den er an der Station eingeben kann und anschließend sein Produkt entnehmen kann. Die Abholung ist an keine Uhrzeit gebunden. Es besteht für den Kunden somit die Möglichkeit auch nachts die Produkte zu erhalten. Der Nutzungsbereich der akustischen Signale kann sich beispielhaft aber nicht ausschließlich auch auf die Nutzung anderer Kommunikationstools wie Instant-Messaging-Dienste beziehen. Die optischen Signale beziehen sich hierbei beispielhaft aber nicht ausschließlich auf die Nutzung eines Fernwartungssystem, welches dem Kunden mit Kauf eines oder mehrerer Produkte zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Die Nutzung der akustischen und optischen Signale kann sich auch beispielhaft aber nicht ausschließlich auf die Nutzung von Systemen im Bereich Cross Reality (XR), also Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) oder Mixed Reality (MR), beziehen. Der autorisierte Anbieter bietet zudem einen spezifischen Informationskanal an. Der Informationskanal beinhaltet beispielhaft und in keiner Weise ausschließlich Videos zu Neuerungen bezüglich der spezifischen Produkte aber auch andere dem Bereich zuzuordnenden Themen. Der Informationskanal ist werbefinanziert. Die Schulungsvideos werden dem Kunden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Zur Nutzung der Dienstleistung über die Online-Plattform werden personenbezogene Daten des Kunden verschlüsselt in der Datenbank gespeichert. Die personenbezogenen Daten beinhalten beispielhaft und nicht ausschließlich neben Name, Adresse, Geburtstag des Kunden auch nötige Konfigurationsdaten betreffend das W-LAN des Kunden. Die Datenbank ist sowohl online als auch offline für den Anbieter der Dienstleistung nutzbar.
