Verfahren zur Vermeidung des Kaufs von mit einer Produktkennzeichnung versehenen und zum Verkauf an Verbraucher in einem Laden angebotenen Artikeln, die für einen Verbraucher schädliche oder nichtakzeptable Inhaltsstoffe enthalten, wobei
a1) die verschiedenen zum Verkauf angebotenen Artikel unter ihrer jeweiligen, zu ihrer Identifizierung dienenden Produktkennzeichnung, die auch auf dem jeweiligen Artikel selbst oder an Regalen, Ständern oder anderen Warenaufnahmeeinrichtungen des Ladens in der Nähe des betreffenden Artikels angebracht ist, mit ihren Inhaltsstoffen in einer ersten Datenbank erfasst werden und
a2) von einem kaufinteressierten Verbraucher die Produktkennzeichnung des von ihm gewünschten Artikels in ein von ihm mitgeführtes Terminal maschinell oder manuell eingeschrieben wird,
b1) in einer zweiten Datenbank die jeweils für einen Verbraucher schädlichen oder nichtakzeptablen und
b2) damit unerwünschten Inhaltsstoffe eingespeichert werden und im Rahmen einer Anwendungsrechnung der Inhalt der beiden Datenbanken verglichen und ermittelt wird, ob

Claims (3)

Verfahren zur Vermeidung des Kaufs von mit einer Produktkennzeichnung versehenen und zum Verkauf an Verbraucher in einem Laden angebotenen Artikeln, die für einen Verbraucher schädliche oder nichtakzeptable Inhaltsstoffe enthalten, wobei a1) die verschiedenen zum Verkauf angebotenen Artikel unter ihrer jeweiligen, zu ihrer Identifizierung dienenden Produktkennzeichnung, die auch auf dem jeweiligen Artikel selbst oder an Regalen, Ständern oder anderen Warenaufnahmeeinrichtungen des Ladens in der Nähe des betreffenden Artikels angebracht ist, mit ihren Inhaltsstoffen in einer ersten Datenbank erfasst werden und a2) von einem kaufinteressierten Verbraucher die Produktkennzeichnung des von ihm gewünschten Artikels in ein von ihm mitgeführtes Terminal maschinell oder manuell eingeschrieben wird, b1) in einer zweiten Datenbank die jeweils für einen Verbraucher schädlichen oder nichtakzeptablen und b2) damit unerwünschten Inhaltsstoffe eingespeichert werden und im Rahmen einer Anwendungsrechnung der Inhalt der beiden Datenbanken verglichen und ermittelt wird, ob c1) im gewünschten, mittels der Produktkennzeichnung in der ersten Datenbank ausgewählten Artikel Inhaltsstoffe enthalten sind, die vom kaufinteressierten Verbraucher vorher als unerwünscht in die zweite Datenbank eingespeichert worden sind, und c2) zum Abschluss der Anwendungsrechnung an den kaufinteressierten Verbraucher als Ergebnis im Terminal eine Mitteilung ausgegeben wird, die eine Angabe enthält, ob der betreffende Artikel für den kaufinteressierten Verbraucher akzeptabel ist und somit von ihm gekauft werden kann oder nicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass d) die eingeschriebene Produktkennzeichnung (1) vom Terminal (3) an einen die erste Datenbank enthaltenden Rechner (4) des Ladens übertragen wird, e1) von diesem Rechner aus ein Server (5;
