Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Halten und Einwickeln von Bonbons in Verpackungsmaschinen. Sie wird angewendet in Verpackungsmaschinen und betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Halten und Einwickeln von Bonbons mit einem auf einer feststehenden Zentralachse durch Hohlwellen mit Flanschen angetriebenen Einwickelrad, an dem paarweise durch Zahnsegmente und Zugfedern verbundene Haltebackenhebel sowie Innenfalter und Ausstoesser angebracht sind, wobei die Antriebselemente fuer die Arbeitsorgane, wie Kurvenscheiben, Kurvenrollen, Hebel mit Hebellagerungen und Geradfuehrungen auf der Zentralachse und an dem durch Hohlwellen gelagerten und angetriebenen Einwickelrad angeordnet sind. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Arbeitsorgane bei Vorrichtungen zum Halten und einwickeln von Bonbons vor im Arbeitsprozess entstehenden Verunreinigungen zu schuetzen, staendig zu schmieren und eine leichte Wartung zu gewaehrleisten. Wesentlich ist, dass zwischen den an den Hohlwellen befestigten Flanschen zentriert, ein die Antriebselemente beinhaltendes, eine radiale Teilungsfuge aufweisendes, achsparallel teilbares rotationssymmetrisches Gehaeuse angeordnet ist, welches mittig eine Rille aufweist, in die sich abgedichtet in Achsrichtung die Antriebselemente fuer die Arbeitsorgane und aus der sich radial die an den Antriebselementen befestigten Arbeitsorgane erstrecken. Die Vorrichtung zum Halten und Einwickeln von Bonbons in Verpackungsmaschinen besteht aus einem Vereinzelungsteller, der rotiert und am Umfang zur Aufnahme der einzuwickelnden Bonbons Taschen aufweist.
