Charakteristik der bekannten technischen LösungenCharacteristic of the known technical solutions
As is known, skimmed milk powder from skimmed whole milk, z. B. by spray drying, usually prepared for human consumption.
However, it is also known, DE-OS 2640021, that skimmed milk powder is used as a mixture, denatured, spray-dried with silicic acid for feeding to livestock. The silicic acid additive already improves the silage property and achieves a longer silo storage. According to DE-AS 1812350 a feed for calf rearing on the milk fat exchanger basis, consisting of skimmed milk powder, vegetable and animal fats, emulsifiers and finely divided silica produced. The addition of silica prevents creaming, promotes the flow behavior of the product and improves storage stability.
From DE-OS 1792614 a method for the production of feed milk is known in which a Milchart, e.g. Skimmed milk dried to powder, produced as a mixture of at least 25% dry matter content, concentrates, protein carriers and active substances. Under the precondition that the feed milk reaches a total of at least 25% dry matter, a longer shelf life can be achieved even in the event of weathering, without segregation occurring. All known solutions is common to use skim milk powder and the durability of additives, eg. As silica, extend or improve the compatibility by physiological supportive measures.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
The aim of the invention is to reduce the overall manufacturing effort in the production of the skim milk dry product and to achieve a higher energy output and thus better use of the product by its nature in the recovery.
Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
The invention has as its object to produce a dried skimmed milk, which is characterized by a long shelf life and thus good storage and metabolic processes by good physiological compatibility during a delayed energy release and ease of dosing.
According to the invention the object is achieved in that skim milk with a solids content of 25-75 wt .-% heated to 303 K to 345 K in a reservoir and atomized while maintaining the temperature and the solids content with pressure of 2 to 15at in a fluidized bed. At this product temperature of 328 K to 338 K and a residence time of at least 0.5 hours, the product is granulated with a true density of at least ς> 1.15 g / cm 3 . Continuous or quasi-continuous, granulated, species-specific product with a moisture content of max. To a mean diameter of the germs or <0.45 xd Granu i at least . 11% added in the amount of 40% of the discharged granules. Finally, the cooling of the 5 mm sized granules discharged to <308 K.
The Granulatherstellungsprozeß is continuously designed by a second reservoir for the skimmed milk to be treated is prepared during the actual granulation process to prevent mixing of still in the container in stock and freshly added skim milk is excluded and thus no creeping spoilage can occur. It should be ensured that a continuous flow of the heated skim milk is maintained when switching from one container to the other container. The skimmed milk thus prepared becomes effective as a granulated, dried skim milk product only if the minimum residence time is maintained at the specified product temperature and the purity is achieved. The correspondingly achieved true density achieves a slow dissolution of the product during digestion and thus good compatibility and usability.
50% by weight is supplied to a container with a capacity of 200 liters within one hour. The skimmed milk is heated to 313 K. By means of a metering pump, the material is fed through a pipe continuously with about 105 kg / h of a two-fluid nozzle, which is arranged in a fluidized bed apparatus. The temperature and the Feststbffkonzentration remain constant. In the fluidized bed apparatus, the skimmed milk is atomized onto the solid surface of the fluidizing granules with 3at, causing them to grow. The T emperature of solid granules is about 333 K in a fluidized bed while the air inlet temperature is 408 K. To maintain the granulation drying process, about 15 kg / h of native granules with an average diameter of 2 mm and a moisture content of 9.1% by mass are fed to the fluidized bed virtually continuously. After the granules in the layer have reached a diameter of 5 mm, after a residence time of 2 hours, they leave the fluidized bed dust-free by means of a classification hood. The granules are conveyed via a rotary valve in a fluidized bed cooler. Here, the granules are cooled by sucked ambient air to 303 K. The ready-to-go granulation product stream of about 73 kg / h is separated into two product streams, with 58 kg / h as final product with a water content of 9.1% by mass and a diameter of 5 m be stored, while the remaining product flow of 15 kg / h in a suitable crushing unit crushed to a mean diameter of 2 mm
