Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft naehgewirkte Polstoffe aus einem Vlies und aus einem oder mehreren Fadensystemen. Das Ziel der Erfindung ist die Verbesserung des Kraft-Dehnungs-Verhaltens solcher Stoffe und die Erweiterung der Mustermoeglichkeiten. Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, dasz sich beim Vlies Faserbuendel aus der den Polschlingen zugewandten Seite durch das Vlies hindurch erstrecken und auf der den Polschlingen abgewandten Seite Maschenstaebchen und Maschenreihen bilden, wodurch das Vlies in sich verfestigt ist. Im naehgewirkten Polstoff besteht dann ein Teil oder die Gesamtheit der aus den Faserbuendeln gebildeten Maschen zusaetzlich noch aus Faeden des Polfadensystem oder der Polfadensysteme und/oder eines verfestigenden Fadensystems.The invention relates to closely knitted polymers of a nonwoven and of one or more thread systems.
