Abstract

Je popsán způsob přípravy submikronových a/nebo mikronových vláken tvořených směsí krystalického TiO2 a V2O5, při kterém se smíchá zásobní roztok vanadu s koncentrací vanadu 0,3 až 0,65 M, který obsahuje šťavelanový komplex čtyřmocného vanadu, a zásobní roztok titanu s koncentrací titanu 0,3 až 0,65 M, který obsahuje amonium bisoxaláto-peroxotitanát, čímž se vytvoří směs s atomárním poměrem vanadu a titanu 0,1:99,9 až 99,9:0,1. Poté se z této směsi připraví roztok pro zvlákňování, který obsahuje 55 až 80 % hmotn., směsi zásobního roztoku vanadu a titanu, 15 až 25 % hmotn. polyvinylpyrolidonu nebo 5 až 16 % hmotn. polyetylenglykolu nebo 7 až 15 % hmotn. směsi polyvinylpyrolidonu a polyetylenglykolu a 0 až 40 % hmotn. vody. Z tohoto roztoku se zvlákňováním vytvoří prekurzorní vlákna s průměrem 450 až 6200 nm, která se při teplotě 390 až 450 °C kalcinují po dobu 45 až 75 minut, za vzniku výše uvedených submikronových a/nebo mikronových vláken.
