Abstract

In the present invention, there is disclosed a combined food based on cane molasses and intended for special nutrition, said food comprising 50 to 99.99 percent by weight of cane molasses and 0.01 to 50 percent by weight of {beta}-glucan. The invented combined food can further comprise 0.01 to 1 percent by weight of vitamins and 0.1 to 1 percent by weight of amino acids.

Paturi: Natůrlich gesund mit Schwarzer Melasse, Sudwest Verlag GmbH, Munchen 1998; Cyril Scott: Černý zázrak, Vita ReformVerlag, Dulliken, 4. vydání, 2000). Účinky třtinové melasy se ovšem projevují v plném rozsahu až po dosti dlouhé době pravidelného požívání, což v některých případech může představovat určitý negativní moment; rovněž ne všechny složky třtinové melasy jsou v ní přítomny v dostatečném množství. Proto se nabízí myšlenka doplnit třtinovou melasu o některé další látky pro urychlení a posílení jejího účinku.Cane molasses, also known as black molasses, is known for its beneficial effects on human health with long-term regular ingestion.
