Abstract
Nátěrová hmota, zejména nátěrová hmota pro tepelnou izolaci horkých kovů, která obsahuje vodný roztok křemičitanu, a která obsahuje první vrstvu, který obsahuje 35 až 71 % obj. dutých skleněných kuliček, 26 až 62 % obj. vodného roztoku křemičitanu draselného, 1 až 3 % obj. adhesivního aditiva, a 0,1 % obj. stabilizátoru vodního skla, a nejméně jednu druhou vrstvu, která obsahuje 71 až 84,6 % obj. dutých skleněných dutých kuliček, 9 až 22,6 % obj. vodného roztoku křemičitanu draselného, 0,2 až 0,3 % obj. adhesivního aditiva, 0,1 % obj. stabilizátoru vodního skla, 2 až 3 % obj. sekaného skelného vlákna a 1,7 až 3 % obj. styren-akrylátové disperze. Způsob nanášení nátěrové hmoty, zejména způsob nanášení nátěrové hmoty obsahující nejméně jednu vrstvu obsahujících vodný roztok křemičitanu, podle kterého je nejprve na nanesena první vrstva, která obsahuje 35 až 71 % obj. dutých skleněných kuliček, 26 až 62 % obj. vodného roztoku křemičitanu draselného, 1 až 3% obj. adhesivního aditiva, a 0,1 % obj. stabilizátoru vodního skla, následně je na první vrstvu nanesena druhá vrstva, která obsahuje 71 až 84,6 % obj. dutých skleněných dutých kuliček, 9 až 22,6 % obj. vodného roztoku křemičitanu draselného, 0,2 až 0,3 % obj. adhesivního aditiva, 0,1 % obj. stabilizátoru vodního skla, 2 až 3 % obj. sekaného skelného vlákna a 1,7 až 3 % obj. styren-akrylátové disperze.
