Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά κατασκευές αναγνώρισης αντιγόνων έναντι του πεπτιδίου MAGEA1-003 που προέρχεται από ογκο-σχετιζόμενα αντιγόνα (ΤΑΑ) . Η εφεύρεση ειδικότερα παρέχει καινοτόμα μόρια που βασίζονται σε υποδοχείς Τ-κυττάρων (Τ cell receptor, TCR), τα οποία είναι επιλεκτικά και ειδικά για το ΤΑΑ της εφεύρεσης. Ο TCR της εφεύρεσης και τα θραύσματα πρόσδεσης ΤΑΑ που προέρχονται από αυτό, είναι χρήσιμα για τη διάγνωση, τη θεραπεία και την πρόληψη καρκινικών νόσων που εκφράζουν ΤΑΑ. Περαιτέρω παρέχονται νουκλεϊκά οξέα που κωδικοποιούν τις κατασκευές αναγνώρισης αντιγόνων της εφεύρεσης, φορείς που περιλαμβάνουν αυτά τα νουκλεϊκά οξέα, ανασυνδυασμένα κύτταρα που εκφράζουν τις κατασκευές αναγνώρισης αντιγόνων και φαρμακευτικές συνθέσεις που περιλαμβάνουν τα συστατικά της εφεύρεσης.
