Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μεθόδους πρόβλεψης των επιτόπων των Τ κυττάρων. Συγκεκριμένα, η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μεθόδους για την πρόβλεψη του κατά πόσον οι τροποποιήσεις σε πεπτίδια ή πολυπεπτίδια όπως τα νεοαντιγόνα που σχετίζονται με όγκο είναι ανοσογονικές ή όχι. Οι μέθοδοι της εφεύρεσης είναι χρήσιμες, συγκεκριμένα, για την παροχή εμβολίων που είναι ειδικά για τον όγκο ενός ασθενούς και έτσι, στο πλαίσιο των εξατομικευμένων εμβολίων κατά του καρκίνου.
