Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αφορά μια μέθοδο και μια συσκευή για στεγνό καθάρισμα μεταλλικών ρινισμάτων από συστατικά που δεν μαγνητίζονται. Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, ένα μίγμα μεταλλικών ρινισμάτων μεταφέρεται μέσω ενός μεταφορικού ιμάντα σε μία διάταξη κυλιόμενου ιμάντα, η οποία σχηματίζεται από μια διάταξη μεταφοράς με μαγνητικό ιμάντα, της οποίας ο ιμάντας μεταφοράς οδηγείται μέσω κυλίνδρων εκτροπής στα δύο άκρα του. Στο διάκενο μεταξύ της άνω και της κάτω στάθμης του ιμάντα μεταφοράς και πλησίον της κάτω στάθμης διατάσσονται μαγνήτες εν σειρά, ο ένας πίσω από τον άλλο, όπου οι μαγνήτες μπορούν, επίσης, να ενεργοποιούνται και να απενεργοποιούνται περιοδικά. Η απαραίτητη, για τον διαχωρισμό των μεμονωμένων μεταλλικών τεμαχίων, αδιάκοπη έντονη κίνηση επιτυγχάνεται, σύμφωνα με την εφεύρεση, λόγω του γεγονότος ότι σε κάθε περίπτωση ο μαγνητικός βορράς ενός μαγνήτη ακολουθείται από τον μαγνητικό βορρά του ακόλουθου μαγνήτη και ο μαγνητικός νότος ενός μαγνήτη ακολουθείται από τον μαγνητικό νότο του ακόλουθου μαγνήτη.
