Abstract

Μέθοδος για την παρασκευή ενός αποστειρωμένου πακέτου έτοιμου γεύματος, που περιλαμβάνει τα στάδια: της παροχής (100) ενός κυρίως δοχείου που ορίζει έναν κυρίως χώρο που προορίζεται να φιλοξενεί ένα κυρίως φαγώσιμο προϊόν, και που έχει ένα πρώτο άνοιγμα στο ανώτερο μέρος που περιβάλλεται από ένα πρώτο επίπεδο άκρο, της παροχής (200) ενός τουλάχιστον δευτερεύοντος δοχείου που ορίζει ένα δευτερεύοντα χώρο και που έχει ένα δεύτερο άνοιγμα στο ανώτερο μέρος που περιβάλλεται από ένα δεύτερο επίπεδο άκρο, της εισαγωγής (300) του αναφερθέντος δευτερεύοντος δοχείου στο εσωτερικό του κυρίως δοχείου, έτσι ώστε το αναφερθέν πρώτο άκρο και το αναφερθέν δεύτερο άκρο να είναι ισεπίπεδα, της εισαγωγής (400) ενός τουλάχιστον δευτερεύοντος φαγώσιμου προϊόντος στο εσωτερικό του δευτερεύοντος χώρου, της εισαγωγής (500) ενός τουλάχιστον κυρίως φαγώσιμου προϊόντος στο εσωτερικό του κυρίως χώρου, της δημιουργίας (600), μέσω μιας πρώτης κεφαλής σφραγίσματος που αντικρίζει το πρώτο άκρο, μιας περιμετρικής σφράγισης ανάμεσα σε μια ταινία επικάλυψης, που είναι διατεταγμένη να καλύπτει το αναφερθέν πρώτο και δεύτερο άνοιγμα (2b, 2b', 3b, 3b'), και το αναφερθέν πρώτο άκρο, της δημιουργίας (700), μέσω μιας δεύτερης κεφαλής σφραγίσματος που αντικρίζει το δεύτερο άκρο και είναι από άποψη φυσιολογίας ξεχωριστή από την πρώτη κεφαλή σφραγίσματος, μιας εσωτερικής σφράγισης ανάμεσα στην ταινία επικάλυψης και το δεύτερο άκρο.
