Abstract

Περιγράφονται κομιστές έκφρασης και μέθοδοι έκφρασης που κάνουν χρήση συστήματος έκφρασης E.coli για την παραγωγή της IL-29 σε μεγάλη κλίμακα. Οι κομιστές χρησιμοποιούν την IL-29 κωδικεύουσα αλληλουχία με ειδικές αλλαγές στα νουκλεοτίδια, ώστε να βελτιστοποιηθούν τα κωδικώνια και η δευτεροταγής δομή του mRNA για μετάφραση σε E.coli.
