Abstract

Ένας κύλινδρος ρότορα(7)και ένας κύλινδρος στάτορα (3) διαμορφώνουν έναν θάλαμο κοκκοποίησης (10) ανάμεσα τους, μέσα σε προεξοχές μαχαιριών στάτορα (8) και ρότορα. Ένα σύστημα ψύξης (23) για την ψύξη πλαστικής ύλης προς θρυμματισμό εισάγει ένα ψυκτικό μέσο στο θάλαμο κοκκοποίησης κατά τη διάρκεια του κύκλου θρυμματισμού. Το ψυκτικό μέσο είναι σε αέρια μορφή, κατά προτίμηση αέρας, του οποίου η θερμοκρασία είναι κάτω από την θερμοκρασία πήξεως του πλαστικού υλικού. Η θέση του συστήματος είναι μόνο σε καθορισμένα σημεία, συγκεκριμένα μόλις πριν τα μαχαίρια στάτορα (8) και κατά προτίμηση σε ένα στήριγμα του μαχαιριού στάτορα. Το ψυκτικό μέσο εισάγεται στο θάλαμο κοκκοποίησης (10) μέσω μικρών ακροφυσίων συνδεδεμένα με μια σχετικά μεγάλη οπή σύνδεσης και μια εγκάρσια οπή (23). Οι οπές των ακροφυσίων είναι ακτινικά προς τον κυλινδρικό θάλαμο κοκκοποίησης και το ψυκτικό μέσο που ρέει από αυτές ανυψώνει το πλαστικό από τα εσωτερικά τοιχώματα του στάτορα. Το ψυκτικό μέσο εισάγεται περιοδικά, συνήθως δύο ή τρεις φορές για κάθε κύκλο με χρόνο ριπής 5-8 δευτερόλεπτα. Περιλαμβάνεται μια ανεξάρτητη αξίωση σχετικά με μια μέθοδο για τη λειτουργία της μηχανής κοκκοποίησης, κατά την οποία όταν γίνεται υπέρβαση μια προκαθορισμένης τιμής κατωφλίου του ρεύματος της κινητήριας μονάδας του ρότορα, μειώνεται ο αριθμός στροφών του ρότορα και το ψυκτικό υγρό εισάγεται μέσω του εν λόγω ψυκτικού συστήματος στον θάλαμο κοκκοποίησης.
