Abstract

Μία μέθοδος για παραγωγή ηλεκτρικού οξέος από υδρολύματα βιομηχανικού βαθμού χρησιμοποιεί έναν οργανισμό που περιέχει μεταλλάξει για τα γονίδια ptsG, pftB, και IdhA, και επιτρέπει στον οργανισμό να συσσωρεύει βιομάζα, και επιτρέπει στον οργανισμό ακόμα να μεταβολίζει το υδρόλυμα.
