Abstract

Η παρούσα ευρεσιτεχνία σχετίζεται με μία μέθοδο για την βελτίωση της ομογένειας και/ ή έκκρισης μία ανασυνδυασμένης πρωτεΐνης ενδιαφέροντος που εκφράζεται σε κύτταρα θηλαστικών, αντικαθιστώντας την ενδογενή σηματοδοτική αλληλουχία πεπτιδίων του DNA που κωδικοποιεί την πρωτεΐνη ενδιαφέροντος με την ανθρώπινη hGH. Η ευρεσιτεχνία επίσης σχετίζεται με τους φορείς έκφρασης του DNA, που περιέχουν την αλληλουχία που σηματοδοτεί τέτοιες πρωτεΐνες, οι οποίες συντήκονται στην αλληλουχία σήματος πεπτιδίων της hGH και σε κύτταρα που φιλοξενούν τέτοιους φορείς.
