Abstract

Η εφεύρεση παρέχει μια διαδικασία για την παρασκευή μιας ένωσης του τύπου (I): όπου R1 και R2 τα οποία μπορεί να είναι τα ίδια ή διαφορετικά, είναι αμινοπροστατευτικές ομάδες, η οποία διαδικασία περιλαμβάνει την προστασία μιας ένωσης του τύπου (II) με μέθοδο συνεχούς λειτουργίας σε φάση διαλύματος. Η εφεύρεση παρέχει επίσης μια διαδικασία για την παρασκευή της αντιβακτηριακής ένωσης γεμιφλοξακίνης ή ενός φαρμακευτικώς αποδεκτού άλατος και/ή ένυδρης μορφής αυτής, η οποία περιλαμβάνει μετατροπή μιας ένωσης του τύπου (I). Η εφεύρεση παρέχει επίσης μια διαδικασία για την παρασκευή μιας ένωσης του τύπου (VIIIα).
