Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται γενικά σε μεθόδους για την έκφραση ανασυνδυασμένων πρωτεϊνικών προϊόντων υπό το μεταγραφικό έλεγχο ενός επαγόμενου υποκινητή, όπως ενός υποκινητή araB, σε βακτηριακά κύτταρα ξενιστές τα οποία είναι ελλειμματικά σε ένα ή περισσότερα από τα συστήματα ενεργού μεταφοράς του επαγωγέα του επαγόμενου υποκινητή. Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται επίσης σε βακτηριακά κύτταρα ξενιστές τα οποία είναι ελλειμματικά σε ένα ή περισσότερα από τα συστήματα ενεργού μεταφοράς ενός επαγωγέα ενός επαγόμενου υποκινητή, όπως της αραβινόζης για έναν υποκινητή araB και περιέχουν ένα φορέα αποκωδικοποιήσεως ο οποίος κωδικοποιεί ένα ανασυνδυασμένο πολυπεπτίδιο υπό το μεταγραφικό έλεγχο του επαγόμενου υποκινητή, όπως ενός υποκινητή araB.
