Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αφορά τη διέγερση αιματοποιητικών βλαστικών κυττάρων για να διαφοροποιούνται προς οστεοκλάστες με καλλιέργεια αιματοποιητικών βλαστικών κυττάρων με ανθρώπινα μεσεγχυματικά βλαστικά κύτταρα και σε μια προτιμώμενη πραγματοποίηση, χρησιμοποιώντας μη εξωγενείς κυτοκίνες. Διαφοροποίηση των μεσεγχυματικών βλαστικών κυττάρων προς οστεοβλάστες παρεμπόδισε τη διαφοροποίηση αιματοποιητικών βλαστικών κυττάρων προς οστεοκλάστες.
