Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση έχει ως αντικείμενο μεταλλαγμένα προκαρυωτικά κύτταρα, και ιδιαίτερα Ε. coli, ικανά να παράγουν πρωτεΐνες των οποίων οι αμινοξικές αλληλουχίες περιέχουν τουλάχιστον ένα μη συμβατικό αμινοξύ, μεθόδους παραγωγής και καθαρισμού των αναφερόμενων πρωτεϊνών όπως επίσης και των πρωτεϊνών που λαμβάνονται με τις μεθόδους σύμφωνα με την εφεύρεση. Η εφεύρεση περιλαμβάνει επίσης εφαρμογές των αναφερόμενων κυττάρων και πρωτεϊνών σε διαφορετικούς τομείς όπως στην θεραπεία, τα καλλυντικά, τη διάγνωση ή τη βιοσύνθεση ή βιοαποικοδόμηση οργανικών ενώσεων.
