Abstract
En un reactor de gasificación (1) para la producción de gas crudo con CO o H2 con un recipiente de presión (2) y un área de reacción (4) que es creado de una pared de membrana (3) de tubos de refrigeración, donde entre la pared interna del recipiente de presión (2) y la pared de membrana (3) está creado un área de anillo, donde los elementos como quemador (17) o similares están previstos, los cuales imponen en general la pared del recipiente de presión y la pared de membrana sobre el mismo nivel (18) de manera horizontal, y debe suministrarse especialmente dentro del recipiente de presión un guardia de refrigeración con áreas cónicas para la salida de gas y/o escoria, donde la suspensión y/o conexión entre el fango de refrigeración y el recipiente de presión (retiro de carga) se optimiza evitando los estiramientos de diferencia. Esto se obtiene porque se realiza un soporte directamente o indirectamente en las tuberías de entrada de refrigerante (5) o en las tuberías de salida de mezcla (14) para el retiro de la carga de la pared de membrana (3).
