Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un dispositivo para proporcionar aire de combustión secundario dentro de la cimentación de aire secundario de los hornos de cámara de horno de coque, el dispositivo está formado por una compuerta deslizante o un dispositivo paralelepípedo o por placas movidas por medio de una barra de empuje, la barra de empuje se mueve longitudinalmente en paralelo a la pared de la cámara del horno de coque de manera que las placas se alejen de la aberturas de aire secundario y las abran o las cierren. La barra de empuje se mueve mediante un motor de posicionamiento, con la transmisión de potencia realizada hidráulicamente o neumáticamente. Mediante los parámetros de medición adecuados, así es posible optimizar el calentamiento secundario de manera que el calentamiento se proporciona de manera uniforme desde todos los lados, logrando así una mejora en la calidad del coque.
