Abstract

El horno de la instalación comprende tabiques en los cuales circulan gases calientes de cocción de los bloques de carbono, y rampas de calentamiento móviles con relación al horno, equipadas con inyectores (30a, 30b) de combustible. Para homogeneizar la cocción de los bloques de carbono, el proceso comprende: a) la separación ficticia de un tabique (4) de una zona de calentamiento forzado en varios sectores (A-F); b) en función de la posición de un sector considerado en el tabique y de condiciones de funcionamiento en dicho tabique, la determinación, para cada sector, de la cantidad de energía a aportarle directamente; c) en función de esta determinación, el establecimiento de una secuencia de variación en el tiempo de por lo menos un parámetro operacional de o de los inyectores (30); d) la repetición de dicha secuencia durante un ciclo de calentamiento.
